I am relatively new to the forum - Page 4

Hi Nandini,

I am Meghna, I started watching ITV shows in early 2000 as a young teenager.. As a kid, i watched some shows on DD because of my cousins, they were all grown ups and i was a kid who didnt have any say in anything.. i know so many shows from the 90s that may be many of you wouldnt know..

Challenge on Sony TV was one where my grown up cousins used to watch and I used to just tag along and sit with them becausei got to watch TV...and I guess those days TVs had very few shows and it was all either family, mythological, detective or intense drama.. not many love stories..

My first show for which joined IF as a young teenager was KTH (Kahiin to Hoga) .. but those days most of the discussions used to happen on yahoogroups... does any one remember yahoogroups .. lol

Sujal Garewal portrayed by Rajeev Khandelwal was my first and favourite ITV character and thanks to Rajeev, the second actor i liked and started following was HC from LRL and Kis Desh.. And then, from Kis Desh, Sushant joined my fav lists too.., then Barun in IPKKND.. but i dont follow Barun after that... Although I liked Sushant in Kis Desh, I left Pavitra Rishta after a couple of episodes.. i liked him in Jhalak DikhlaJa .. dance reality show

Rajeev, HC and Sushant are my fav..

And then when I moved out of India, i wasnt active here for a few months and lost my account... I joined IF again back in 2014..

I have watched many shows.. but very few from beginning to end..

I stopped KTH and LRL when Rajeev left, but resumed LRL after few episodes and then stopped again after HC left.. Kis Desh, Tere Liye, IPKKND, KHKT, Pyar ko ho jaane do, Bepannah and MHRW are the shows that I have watched till the end... And now, I started watching YRKKH S3 only for Harshad.... I dont want to quit until HC is there ..

Sanjeevani was another show I liked because i like medical based shows.. but i didnt watch it till the end...

I tried watching so many many shows, but left most of them in between.. or didnt feel like connected after certain but i get updates from my mom because she watched almost every show till the end even after i quit.. she watches them because i start watching and finishes them till the end.. lol

I know so many shows between 2000 and now.. I remember watching some of the Doordarshan weekly shows in the 90s.. if i can find them, i would like to watch them now, because that was my childhood and at that time i didnt know what i was watching, all i was interested in was TV...

@bold: I know the feeling, I am the youngest in my house and my cousins have made me watch all kind of movies and shows. Also, my brother was a big wwe fan so he would just give me a light version of choke slam every time 😵

I was active during Naamkarann days but when the show ended I also went underground.

I m indian but grownup in abroad... the only way to stay connected to India was bollywood movies.....

Every single show .... you mentioned....

(not the doordarshan ones)

i have watched them all.... 🤣

Because i have my elder sister and cousins who used to watch all these show.....

I personally started to watch in 2008 ....LRL because of Harshad Chopda.... i just fell in love with him.... then started KDMHD and then..... I started the ITV shows marathon .... 🤣🤣🤣

I have watched the previous two seasons of Yeh rishta.... but this particular season is my favourite one..... they have created different type of magic in Abhira❤️....

I guess Abhira has this magic is not only because all the hard work of yeh rishta team.....

But also the efforts and emotions Harshad and Pranali are putting in their characters are commendable....

They are ruling our hearts ❤️❤️❤️

IF was introduced to me by my cousin in my late teens and we were partners in watching ITV shows. I did not join forums for any particular reason. I used to wander here and just read the discussions and FFs. HC is always the constant one whom I have liked from beginning until now. Beech mein there were a lot of favourites like with shows it changed.. I was very active in the punar vivah forum and then I never got time. Again joined here for another show last year and finally hit YRKKH.
