The end sequence of the song is brilliant, gangu twirling and throwing holi from the plates, alia is acting so well, she has portrayed the pain and sadness of gangu brilliantly, and it was done in one take

And I'm glad they didn't make her lip sync to the song, it makes it look alot more realistic. Song is nice, its catchy and I'm sure it be a rage during navratri

Really nice choreography and everyone has danced well in the song, overall I really like it

SLB picked the worst stills/poster,thumbnail for the film.Alia was superb as the young Gangu..but preferred the nickel toothed older Alia mouthing Meena Kumari kind of dialogues.He is known for taking 100 retakes(ask Biru)..I can't understand how he okayed many scenes.Sometimes I feel he is mocking her.

She emoted and danced throughout the song. Liked it!

Alia's not Madhuri or Ash but she's smartly not choreographed as if she were. It's rough and character based. Alia does a good job unraveling at the end.

Why couldn’t he take two actresses to play the role, Alia for the younger parts sure but for the older, why not an older actress with a little bit of weight literally and figuratively? Lol! Like they did in The Crown etc.? 🙄

She did good.. but Aish's grace was something else. Even Deepika had one of her rare graceful dance performances in Nagada

I see Janhvi ,Ananya and others running away from SLB and Dhols though .Alia can remain SLB's muse!

Her dancing lacks fluidity.

This is like the coronavirus version of some of SLB’s songs . I thought Deepika was a bad dancer but Alia is just a whole other variant of bad.
