Abhimanyu is biggest manipulator and gaslighter. The peak of his manipulating behavior was forcing a confession out of Akshara by threatening self harm.

Definitely Anisha is Abhimanyu's sister because if there was remotely any romantic angle involved Kairav would have explicitly told Akshara to stay away. Here Kairav is worried for himself..
