I don't think Aneesh has a fractured leg. Sprain bhi ho sakta hai. Looking at the bandaging, it could just be a hurt muscle or something. Fracture toh bilkul nahi hai. Medical side par toh nahi hoon main, but internal injuries toh aise pata nahi chalti, and log MRI machines and all bhi prefer nahi karte unless bahut serious ho, because it's not very good for you.

Karan isn't always in 'Special Agent' mode. Wo Monami ko isliye yeh bol raha hai because she's his girlfriend, and he is warning her off and trying to look out for her. Use yeh nahi pata ki Aneesh kitna zyaada gir chuka hai. He doesn't think ki Aneesh would actually hurt either of them, toh wo use irritated hai, par utna seriously nahi le raha hai. Hence, why he isn't giving in his all.
