Interestingly it has an unusual number of "Likes" for a 1.5 day release Likes are already near 100k, which further strengthens the case of many viewers as opposed to many views by the same viewers.

Actually I thought the likes were less compared to HR's early videos. Earlier videos would hit 100k within a few hours.From what I have seen likes involve a higher degree of engagement from the audience.Most casual audience will view the song but most won't like it.Higher ratio of likes to views indicates fanbase or a enthusiastic audience.Take O Saiyyonii it has only 36 million views but almost 870k likes.But Piya ji has 54m and around 680k.Arunita's satyam shivam performance has 70m+ views and 800k likes while Manzoor dil has the same no of likes with just 20m views.

As you are comparing duets with solos - obviously- in a duet fans of both give it a like. My observance is that like rate for DLLT in 1.5 day it has 110k - for most Arunita or Arunita/Pawandeep songs it has been the same.

I haven't followed the earlier releases so closely but I remember a lot of the early HR releases used to gather likes much more quickly not just Arunita or Pawan but overall also.But my point was that a higher number of likes is usually fanbase.Piya ji and Satyam Shivam are good references since they both did well with casual audience too.

I will post in Arunita thread - she sang many Lata Mangeshkar songs in Saregamapa and Indian Idol - May Arunita continue her legacy and become a great singer. Liked what Kaushiki wrote for Lata M - Rest in music🙏.
