Arey Anisha is Mahima's daughter and probably rebelled against her family either for a guy or some other reason. No one supported her so Abhi helped her and then she disappeared. She is most likely emotionally blackmailing Abhi into giving her money or something else she wants. She knows that Abhi will give into her tantrums, because he probably did before too. Akshu will find out either through Anisha or Abhi himself about the situation, and she will help heal her trauma with her music therapy. Abhi will fall even more in love with her watching her healing his sister. Then maybe Akshu will play a part in bringing Anisha back to the Birla household, gaining the approval of tauji, as Mahima already approves of Abhira. This is my theory at least.
