Vedika/Nandini are so dumb. As mentioned earlier, if Ram-Priya and Akki-Shivina get separated, their actual separation can take time. Priya and Akki, if needed can prolong the divorce process or refuse to sign the papers. They can ask for alimony/settlement. Now, why does Shashi want to kill Ram? Is it just to get even with Vedika or does he have some other plans? If Ram dies, Priya can inherit everything as she is his legally wedded wife. Does his plan include getting Priya on his side?

But I really hope they keep his character as true as possible. If he goes behind Priya to spite Ram that is the same old Villain. I just hope there is an interesting story behind Shashi and Ram's parents, which is forcing Shashi to get that wealth..

The more Priya and Ram are attracted to each other, Shashi is closer to defeating his wife. Shashi is a very focused Villain. From the beginning its Ram's wealth. I think there is something binding him with Ram's wealth. We have no clue about Ram's father and Shashi's business relationship.

Now his at most need is to defeat his wife and her pride so that he can get her back in his life.

Thats an interesting insight.

I wonder if Shashi’s and Ram’s fathers were business partners at one time, and Shashi somehow feels that his dad was shortchanged, hence bumped off Snr Kapoor as revenge.

But then Ram managed to turnaround what was left of the the business and built his own empire, so Shashi bears a grudge against Ram and wants to put him down / bump him off.

It is seen that Ram & Shashi have close business ties, thats why Ram set up the Shubam-Sid venture & when Ram fell ill Vedika was trying to get Shashi to take on more responsibilities in Ram’s business.

In effect what u are suggesting is that Shashi Priya ko tirchinazar se dekhne laga hai 😅

I am not saying Shashi will try to get Priya. I was trying to show how foolish the villains are. They don't look at the long term instead get carried away by emotions 😆 Their allies are foolish too like Raj, Mr Sood, Neeraj. Actually, CVs should give monologues for the villains too so that we understand what they are upto
