You have written it well. Sai as a divorcee is going to have a tough time in Nagpur as well as GC. She should leave these two cities, finish her education and start life afresh.

Now that you have mentioned that it is ...

I would like to point out that this is the reason Sumit is doing what he is doing.

He came to know Sai is divorcee, didn't judge her right away. Asked her to resolve issues with V and now in the latest update is also understanding of her suicide attempt. He even apologized to V immediately.

This is what I meant to do when I said he is opposite of V. And this is how I plan to write him.

That there are men in real world who have a better sense of right or wrong and who are calm and thinkers. Who don't judge you easily. In total contrast of V.. who we all know how possessive is and behaves with Sai.

And also, i have not written anything after that chapter because i am still thinking about how to end it.

TBH I really want to explore Sai deciding to live alone even if Sumit is ready for her. I want her to accept it when she wants it and how she wants it.

As for the Anu show, i have not watched it so can't say... But this is what I meant when I said that the kind of society we live in.. it helps if your POV is put forward by a man. People may not agree but atleast they'll listen and that is a start in itself.

Yes, please include the reason why Sumit would be interested in a divorcee... See, even if the person is broad minded to let go of certain things, his family wouldn't. And that depends on many factors, the person's upbringing, moral, family, environment, many things.

If you have noticed many shows in which the second ML for a divorcee FL has been shown with kids etc, indicating he was married before, then there are tracks where in the beginning he will be like do not expect but then the FL will get attached to kids and slowly ML falls in love with her and that's a reality many times.

If you are not backed up by a man, you should atleast have a family around, so that no one can think of you to be easily available.

I personally never wanted a new ML for Sai, I always wanted to see her solo journey as Sai Kamal Joshi, who doesnt need a man to live happily. Maybe it's because of my love for stories where a girl is quite well off being single and doesn't need to have a prince charming, she is her own Queen. Ofcourse it would be difficult for her, but fighting against all odds of the society and being self sufficient by every means, would've made Sai's journey stanworthy and inspiring. But Alas, ITV cant do without shaadi and bacche and are quite allergic to single independent women, mera sapna kabhi sach nahi hoga

First of all, solo journey of Sai Joshi without any drama and her harassment and abuse may not gain TRPs, that's the popular belief of writers and shows...i am all in for solo journey and she is quite young, 19-20 years old, can find someone in the journey but that's also true that she doesn't have anyone to support her, to back her up...the family she made, she had to leave it because of Virat...however Chavans are, sai considered them her family but in reality they are Virat's, and will always think about his good before Sai, whatever they might say. Other show FLs atleast have someone on their maternal side to support them.

It's all about lady me Kami hogi that her husband left her for another, or maybe this lady is not trust worthy or was having an affair etc. Speculations to rehte hi hai and people always look for gossips.

It's difficult for a divorcee woman to survive without support, especially when she doesn't have a family...if you have brothers, father, it can be easier but this divorcee ka thappa is a bit harsh on women.

I can accept Virat only when he is redeemed thoroughly, and not whitewashed for whatever he has put us and Sai through, otherwise I am open for a new ML or a solo journey.

You know, The other sony show that I am watching right now had a episode yday similar to what you just said. FL had an EMA thing with her married ex, and the whole workplace gets to know about it. Everyone refuses to work with the girl and start gossiping and badmouthing the FL, and not talking about the guy st all coz duh he is a ladka and it's his personal life. When the junior girls their questioned of why only the girl was being judged when the guy was the one to take the initiative, the gossipy aunties didn't have anything in their defence and shoved off the juniors saying aaj kal ki ladkiyo ke parr nikal aaye hai, inke muh lagna bekaar hai. Aaj kal ki aisi ladkiyo ka koi imaan dharam nahi hota.

If a girl calls out your double standards, means she is aaj kal ladki who has loose morals. If a guy commits a crime, it's because his mother, wife or basically any women who is entitled to preach this manchild MCP, didn't take care of him and woh raasta bhatak gaya. If a guy r*pes a girl, it's because she invited him and dressed "inappropriately". Basically, Female prajaati is criminal prajaati.

I am sorry for the long rant. I am just too frustrated.

See media is a mirror of the society and serials do not usually portray the reality without being glossy...this happens in society around, it's difficult for a lady to live normally after a divorce or having a solo journey with that divorce mark. Women are not helpless but they find their way like Sai did in this OS.

See people have jealousy with better person...they who are taunting her are not her friends but just acquaintances who want to gossip, who must be jealous... people look for things to point out, it's not wise to open your status and cards in front of everyone..also, in this case, it's case of public humiliation with someone everyone knowing Virat being a famous ACP. Her friends are milind, Sandhya and aniket who will help her.

Thank you for appreciating🤗...I wrote this as part of focusing on Sai's hardships post divorce...will try but there are many good stories with second ML and even my previous stories where I had depicted sai as a single strong lady, her solo journey... However, will try.

Sai and virat have been divorced in the show but they are following KD copypaste which means Virat will be mahaan after pulling off everything and Sai and family, even his department will ask for apology and he will be awarded for bravery of shielding a naxalite.
