Writer here say, even the thought would take her back 50 steps..so she would have tried her best to stay away from him. Or kept and maintain some distance.

this is ITV, it's drama...when did we ever saw Anu behave that way. Day after her character assassination she was peeping in that house - mere baa, bapuji aur bachche... physical as in shoulder to touch, coffee, baa wedding.. I will say on what I see...Anu so far never showed any such signs...

Anu is shown to have more soft corner for baa-bapuji then her kids. Toshu stays away from her, samar she doesn't need shah house to be with him, pakhi let's not say.. so why does Anu needs to go to Shah house. Her baa bhagwan till date goes on, and she has forgotten her biological mother, I need not say.

With all due to respect to real-life folks, please don't compare your story with Anu. This would only degrade or trivialise your own struggles..you gals are true stars..

Writer is saying this, because somewhere she might have got attached. She see herself in Anu and has now started blindly justifying Anu too...this is quite understandable human behaviour. with all due regards, I won't comment back to them, let them find there happiness where ever it lies..

But after due diligence, I choose to continue with my thought process..

and it's just a story, fictional character what does it matter, let's not give this too much importance.

Not tagging here anyone this time..

This! Exactly this. I am not even a fan of Anu as a character or Rupali per say... but the way this forum and social media in general is so critical of Anu for the smallest of things and so biased towards Anuj baffles me... And I started to watch this show only after Anuj's entry. (And I have been a fan of GK since childhood. Watched him in lnmdj and loved him as prithvi saxena)..

People in social media preach about mental health but those very people fail to see Anu's struggle dealing with all the shit she has to in an everyday basis. She was doing fine until mukku (her would be sister in law) made her entry going in a partnership with her ex-husband. It must be so taxing and exhausting for Anu to deal with all this... still when Mukku told about her feelings to Anu, she had the whole flashback of being abused by Vanraj, she was so triggered but still she was ready to relive those moments and share about it just so that mukku can understand Vanraj's true colors... just so mukku can make sound decision in her life. Do you realize how hard it is for someone who has gone through so much shit as Anu has to relive those triggering moments? I think people are just very judgemental towards Anu. And I was gonna post this in sunny's thread phir maine socha chodo.. people are very biased/possessive or whatever towards Anuj in general so my comment will be lost.. but here I couldn't stop myself... yesterday when Mukku was talking about her feelings with Anu, I felt so bad for her. Literally it sucks to be in Anu's position. She has fought with her family, kids, society and her own conditioning to come out of that toxic marriage and get a divorce.. and here she sees a young woman (who also happens to be her lover's sister) fall for the same man who has treated her so badly all those years.. it must suck for Anu and relive those experiences and shes just helpless.. Anyway here I said it 😆

In that case, confession is pakka in hindsight.. V is doing what he is supposed to so lets not talk abt tht langoor.

Mukku is the weakest link here. She is *using our fab word* unpredictable and volatile and can walk any lenghths to rebel and do what she desires. Her reaction will be the turning point to next potential plot. Will she back off based off Anuj's warning? Dont think so! Wil she insult Anu to counter challenge Anuj's statements? Highly possible! Will she sign away everything to V or atleast her company shares to V giving him equal power to Anuj? I am scared to say this but yes its a possibility coz as I said V will not have a big downfall so soon. They built up this track for him since K's property papers kaand so it will not finish so quick. He must be present in some or the other way for constant conflicts! If Mukku does end up doing this, sorry but she is the dumbest charac ever and fans will stop rootinh for anyone who hurts Anuj...will makers take this risk considering they havent been able to even establish her properly? Not sure.

Long and short of it, I see 2 main possibilities: 1) she forces anu to leave home causing rift among everyone or 2) this is all her game too to understand V and his intentions. If makers go this route, its a good day for everyone in MaAn's world but I wil be pissed as a fan for taking all of us for a ride and insulting our intellect the last 2 months (since maha epi). Right now they have a crappy plot in hand..do they make it worse or manage to keep the show breathing with damage control is all we get to witness the next few weeks. I wud say lets give time for show to settle down with new plots and writing. The fact that they are making changes based on our feed back is honeslty appreciation worthy🙌

Post hospitalization and Anu’s realization, makers wanted to stretch her confession. So they had to get some roadblocks and roadblocks had to be from Anuj’s side. As Shahs had already done their part being roadblocks, it won’t make sense and be boring to watch.

To start up with that they have to show weaknesses for Anuj. Just like Shahs were Anu’s, Anuj’s adoption, estrangement with sister was added. To make estrangement reasonable, Akshay and DV was added. This added more to his guilt and made him vulnerable around Mukku.


Just like Anuj didn’t want to ruffle Anu’s relationships and was always bent on mellowing situations along with being her support system. Now same thing is with Anu, she didn’t want to cause trouble in the siblings relationship and mend the situation along with being his support system.

For all this to happen from Anu’s side, Mukku had to get involved with V, Anu has to step in and mend the situation as well as relationships. But beyond a point things go haywire no matter what one tries.

Like Anuj didn’t do anything but Anu left the house and more stuff went haywire. Anu isn’t doing much but Anuj n Mukku relationship will go haywire.. she will trigger Anu and Anu confesses. The parallel served in confession.

That is the basic story line, but to stretch it we had all celebrations, SaNan fight, pakhi studies issues etc. Also, had we accepted the whitewash of V, he might not have been turned the creep he is now. The besties modes might have been still on. Making him creep made the plot all more messier. The makers might have shown as one sided affair from Mukku.

The problem would been to get Mukku out of this “different feeling” from V and hence her outburst.

So all in all, makers didn’t change the storyline just made few changes in subplots. We are just made to think they are changing according to audience reactions.

Totally agree, but somehow its not even the people on the forum its the writers who are not giving proper reasoning...had they given a monologue about what Anu is feeling, nobody would have judged her or got enraged at her decision.

Here they are not giving that reasoning and so everyone has their own conclusion...

Afterall it’s their story, their vision on how to show it. Had this been a book then would people have a say in how it had to be? Or would their opinion make any changes in story? Nope.. same thing here too. Just the difference is this is an ongoing story and also stakes/money are riding higher. Also the reach of a show is more wider than a book, so people expect some responsibility. But they aren’t bound to fulfill it fully. Minor tweaks so that things gets balanced and profits are reaped .. that’s what they did. The main example is the FB of DV, it shows the minor tweak they did to appease the audience yet they stood by their major plot line which was stretching confession.

honestly both perspective are right and it's because they have shown both the sides in serial..in name of kaand drama ITV.. they have messed up big time...

All points you say are valid..but I can also provide valid equal weighted points in opposite..

Here I will give you only one point to ponder..that makers are showing conflicting sides to keep viewers confused..

Anu said, she needs to manage 3 dor - Vanraj, Kavya and Mukku.....

No victim will ever say that she needs to control the dor of her abuser. They are scared, they cover, they avoid or they will cry because they don't think they can fight, they don't have confidence right..

Those real life experiences when Mukku said about V feeling. Then dear, where were those feelings during DV. Let's be honest, the FB was added after SM outburst...

So ironic, during DV she doesn't go through the pain but when she hears about those feelings she relives the pain..
