Maybe this is why there's a disconnect with the character and he keeps flipping. Like he looked enough troubled crying in front of bappa in hospital. Aisa laga jaise thoda regret aa raha hai usme. Felt a little bit bad for him but the next episode he was horrible bitching about Sai.

I don't think he is convinced about Virat's behaviour. Plus he knows the impact Sairat has on audience and the feedback he will get/is getting. Hence probably the disconnect.

Did he give an excuse? LOL I don't read any of the interviews. So unsure. Not siding with NB here but I feel, the whole cast apart from 1-2 is anyway mediocre and some below par. So I don't really bother 🤪

Fir toh poora KD ka plot hi yahi hain, where no one liked the ML's behavior.

Actors who were approached before him and couldn't connect to the role rejected it. He should have done the same.
