Hmm... I think she will, but Abhi wanted to wait until she was ready to open her wounds in front of him. That is why he went to Kairav to ask. He personally knows how childhood traumas can impact someone, because he, too, has experienced it. He is so gentle with Akshu, so he does not want to force her to talk to him about such painful moments. He also knows that she is already going through so much, so he does not want to add more to it. Akshu will definitely confide in him, but it will take him for her to be able to talk about her past...just like it will take him time to talk about his. They will both lean on each other for support, and they will heal together...I am sure we will get lots of those moments...I found it really endearing how he went to Kairav, controlled his temper, and was so respectful.
