I had few khatarnak experiences too during my early days when I had been almost in tears due to rude remarks and behaviour of certain ones......So yeah had to do a different persona altogether for students so that they dont take me as their pally.I learnt it hard way ...ro ga ke dukhi ho ke...

One major reason for all this is that we share almost same age group with students... I mean they are in early 20s and we in mid or late 20s and these kids just simply dont take it seriously.

@Underline... Aww.... Everyone is precious in their own way🤗But yeah a little strictness... It will come with some in hand experience. And its kind of necessary...very necessary , very very necessary in our profession.

Being strict is the only way...i know...but ho nehin rahe hein😢....abhi se try karna padega...and now i have got a teachers throat from all the yelling and all...and they just dont care...WE WERE JUST SUCH NICE BACCHE WHEN WE WERE STUDENTS....HEIN NA🥺🥺🥺
