Sai was making it sound like even the gavaah will have to go to court n all....they are making it sound like a murder trial. Ki taarik peh taarik niklegi aur gavaah aur accusee donon court ke dhakke khayenge. Also ninad is volunteering to he "gavah for Sai by going against Virat"- iska pata nahi kya matlab hai ...i think they have mixed up murder trial with divorce. And today devi was like- I'll say whatever you want me to....all these lines make no sense.

I get irritated by the meaningless dialogues and more when they are repeated. May be I understood wrong. Can someone explain me how Ashwini’s one month back experiment result in the child birth now. Why no one is looking at timelines? I can understand till affair part if he did recently (not sure how with a 8 month pregnant lady) but they have to write some decent dialogues right? And why is pakhi after sais second marriage? So she knows if she marries another man, virat will definitely not go back to her?

In extension if virat does something like this to her, she Will forgive him if he repents like samrat and others suggested? That part looked like unwanted gyan.

I am not well versed with law except from some books and crime movies. So bear with me.

I think he will be witness to what happened between them like how virat ‘cheated’ and how he fathered a child being married to sai? He will testify that what sai said is true in the court if needed. Not sure though

May be sai too young. Even it a mutual consent vl family court sanction divorce immediately. I think no. And during that time if she needs help or support from family she z requesting some one to be on her side.

But the whole point of Sai filing this divorce by mutual consent petition is to "justify"Virats affair with Shruti as happening post his separation with Sai and not to prove him to be a "cheat" - all this is to peacefully separate and ensure Virat doesnt lose job.

don’t know the details but that’s what I thought. Also mutual consent will ask the couple to stay apart or stay together sometime after suggesting counseling.

anyways sais main motive here was to submit the application as a proof to save his job. So might be they are not going into the correct details here

Yeah just wrote the same. May be we should not expect so much details here. It is just to save his job by submitting the application as proof. Anyways the dialogues have no head and tail so…

I agree .. did ashwini save Sai by suggesting separate rooms considering Shruti was already pregnant..

If we look at timelines .. virat would have had an affair with Shruti 9 months ago .. and Sai was right it’s the time when virat got shot ..

Pakhi has been given the lines of kArishma .. over there Muthu was quite silly .. and she asked emon now will you get married

I don’t understand why samrat , ashwini were expecting that sai should continue this marriage when virat already has a child even if he realise his mistake Sai would want to give the child a chance with his dad ..

Yes I know that virat has not slept with Shruti but accepting in on record that the child belongs to him

Lawyer's nightmares these episodes are going to be...divorce cases don't even need lawyers. They happen in Family courts and sometimes the judges are not even law graduates. Family court is more of marriage counselling and if it doesn't work out divorce.

If it's a fault based divorce, cruelty, desertion infidelity. Then yes, witnesses.

Court would not even accept Devi firsthand. No offense to her "mental condition" but she's not capable witness
