I have a feeling Star shows following Tamil version is doing better than Bengali versions…

Bengali versions are tragic and involves lot of third angles, they always focus on breaking the couple than strengthening their bond…whereas Tamil versions bring a lot of difference between the couple but don’t lead to divorce or multiple marriage….it doesn’t work with south viewers…

Ghum worked coz they followed the Tamil version and made it entertaining than the Bengali versions

Gul tried to follow the Bengali version in imli but it didn’t work so she completely changed the storyline….

Panda story is another example…

Bengali shows focus a lot on angst…but after Ghum’s success I feel that viewers like shows that are light hearted and entertaining than heavy emotional stuffs…

Nahi!! Pravisht Mishra and Aanchal Sahu has been selected to play leads!! Anyway best Sai did not get the role as the ML in Bengali show was a first class jerk and FL was a doormat!! The roles would not have suited SaiShi anyway!!

Ghum Bengali version was a disaster of a show where ML khullam khulla doing ishq with bhabhi!! If that is entertainment , Then sorry I am not one of those people who likes crap for entertainment!! Marathi and South shows are based on contents whereas Bengali shows follows the same gheesa peeta concept of Hindi shows!! That is the reason so many Bengali shows are remade in Hindi version as their storyline is tailor made for TRP audience!!
