Is "emotional" cheating or breach of trust not something that can be legally defined coz its too "abstract" ... Because irrespective of having intercourse, there is such a thing as emotional infidelity right ...would that maybe just come under the bracket of "cruelty"

Also, how does Virats action of becoming father officially to a kid that's clearly not Sai's- how does that factor in legally....the fact that he made that decision unilaterally- does that have any bearing in court? Even if he is not the biological father by DNA testing, he is the "official" father on paper.

Yes, emotional infidelity doesn't just come under cruelty but also desertion. The reason it's not defined legally because no one can speak into minds and hearts. So courts and law don't take that risk for sake of benefit of doubt.

Not exactly. Him falsifying info isn't a criminal offence but a civil one. State has nothing to do with it. The problem here is the fact that she's an multi-national element. That's a crime

The angst was so well portrayed in that scene. Looked like real life fight of a seperated couple although I hated Ronno.

There is no angst. Only blame. I dont see Virat feel sad or nostalgic at all. Nothing seems to remind him of Sai unless someone else mentions her. He seems perfectly cool with just ignoring her existence. He only asked her how she was doing as a courtesy when she consoled him... And Hes a blo**y police officer. If he really cared, he could super easily figure out where she was living. He wouldn't need to ask her.... If he really cared, he'd try to meet her and explain things now that push has come to shove. But he is happier ending his marriage rather than clarifying because his ego does not allow it. His arrogance shows in how he speaks to even someone like DIG. Even if he was genuinely right, jabb itne log aapko kuch bole ki gadbad hai, galat hai- any sane normal person would ask themselves - is there something i can do to fix it, am i wrong- but not virat. The whole world is wrong, he is correct because he knows his "truth". Theres no value to a truth when he speaks 100 other lies or hides it from people.

He is SO preoccupied with Shruti that even this so called zimmedari towards Sai that he keeps on harping about- he is definitely not fulfilling.

I don't watch the show now so can't say but as far as I've seen they kind of showed Virat's longing for Sai better than Ronno's in previous tracks but what's wrong with them in this particular track?
