Naah Naah, I guess its just his realisation part. They exaggerated promos , especially Balaji. He is just confused in the recent episode, why for the first time he did not feel the pain for Vedika like every year on his birthday , but rather was consumed and felt pain for Priya. He told his friends how he is so confused. ANd also how when Vedika got him lilies and wanted to put it in the vase, where Priya's roses were kept, he stopped her. So he is very stringent but respectful there. However he still does not realise he is not in love with Vedika and is mostly falling for Priya. For the first time he had a conversation with his friend, where he questioned his feelings and confusion. SO this is more like paraphrasing the upcoming track. Plus Priya is unconscious, so that is hardly a confession.
Priya in one of the episodes confessed to herself that loosing Ram makes her feel scared, the way she has never been and she does not the reason. Also that she is happy and the marriage is important to her. But then she has not talked to him about it.
Hmm ok did not watch those scenes. Last scene I watched was the hug that you posted a few days ago. Loved that scene. I was wondering how they are showing a confession just a few months into the show 🤣 They basically just got married. I remember I used to watch the original with my nani over the summer in India.
