This post is love. After a long time I saw a post where Abhimanyu's actions and words were seen in a positive way and not negative way. Yes, Abhimanyu has lot of flaws, he made lot of mistakes but that's what makes him relatable. As u said, he is an imperfectly perfect character. A man who keeps making mistakes but still is not a bad person. A man who is madly in love with Akshara that all he needs is her love. A man who is angry at Akshara for the lies, heartbreak and betrayal yet melts down the moment he sees a tear in her eyes.

I would like to mention two things. Last time when the tandav song was playing, Abhimanyu was angry with Akshara because he had finally accepted that she doesn't love him and was dancing in anger to remove his love for her. This time again the tandav song was playing and Abhi again was angry with Akshara but this time it was because he realized she loves him and was walking and running and jumping to demand answers from her to his questions. I loved the parallel that they showed.

The second thing was Abhimanyu knows Akshara sacrificed her love for Aarohi but yet again when she told him they can't marry without family's approval and without convincing Aarohi, Abhimanyu respected her decision. I am not saying Abhimanyu is mahaan here but I just want to say this is one of the good qualities of Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu is human, sometimes he makes mistakes, and sometimes he gets things right. He is human, not perfect. He is madly in love with Akshara, love had no bounds or it's not love. How will you learn if you don't make mistakes? Trust me, Abhimanyu will not make the same mistake twice. He does not even know the full facts about the Goenkas imagine what he will do when he knows.

This man stands between her and everything untowardly like a shield. I really like your tandav analogy. It was a great parallel. He understands Akshara's love for her family what he does not understand is why it has to be them or him? Why it can not be both? Her silence on their love is deafening to him!

He is a big kid who needs love and all of Akshara's attention. His mother has been his only solace until Akshara. I just love Harshad's acting!

Well I whole heartedly support abhimanyu , as flawed as he wants to be bec I simply can't understand aksharas sacrifice. If arohi was a worthy sister , I could have thought about it..if akshara didn't love abhimanyu, I will call abhimanyu toxic . But what is wrong if he wants the girl who he loves and she loves hi bk and they want to live their life together ?

They were separated bec of manipulations of the family..harsh..arohi..kairav...mahima..manjari..but is there ONE problem between abhimanyu and akshu? None. Whether they know each other or not thy are the ones in love , so why not ? Why should they sacrifice for family, plz give me one reason.

These two had no issues in the beginning and I will go to an extent of saying that these issues they have now are because of Akshara's silence. I honestly think at if Akshara would have said that she loves Abhimanyu the Goenkas would have supported her. She did not give anyone a chance not her family and neither Abhimanyu.

You have brought out the nuances of his character so nicely..I also loved that scene in front of the mirror where he put his head on her with full haq. And the way he melts down the moment she is sad and tries to calm her down. Both of them were sooo happy today after soooo long..it was sukoon.

Mere nahi Abhimanyu ke Bhakt ho jaayiye. Haq toh poora jatata hai from day one kyunki Akshara ko apne saare haq de diye hai usne. His stance softens when she is around him. They are sukoon!

So now, where do I start? The fact that Abhimanyu is such a strong but tender man, or that he is so flawed but so adorable, or that this post is a delight for the Abhimanyu-filled heart of mine. All of that and more!

So, the Biwi Bhakt that he is at the heights of his Biwi Bhakti. I have always said that Abhimanyu need not ask Akshu her reason for denying his love because he understands her silence. And with every word that he spoke, he proved me right. The way he backed off in the face of her panic and fear and yet made her come to the sunset point for the confrontation and confession is such a beautiful aspect of his character. Dr. Biwi Bhakt will set new records of Biwi Bhakti, just wait till she actually becomes his biwi. Akshara before himself. She needs to be safe and protected, his pain be damned. His gentleness with her is on another level.

The man, who is a force to be reckoned with in the world is such a tender-hearted person for his Akshu, he is a treat to watch. What more can I say about this beautiful man who is flawed but also the best?He will fight the entire world for her even her. Had he not pushed her they would not be together today. This man has just won the first war of love there is a much bigger battle awaiting.

His dialogues were so spot on, every single one of them resonated with me. His words to Akshu were telling and the way he finally was forced to make her confess for his own sanity and life was just so beautiful to watch. His love warred with his fear when he asked her like a child "Ab mere sath kuch bura to nahi hoga na?" It was so heartbreaking to witness. Also when he finally falls on his knees in front of her!She would have never confessed if Abhimanyu did not have that picture. She confessed because he pushed her for that confession.

As you so beautifully put it, "This man wins my already won heart every day."

I fall in love with him all over again everyday.

But it makes me wonder if Manjari was able to provide him the quality parenting he needed. Because even with Manjari, his attachment is insecure, like the child in his wasn’t properly responded to. Which I wasn’t expecting because Manjari seemed like a devoting mother in the initial days (before she went on a three day vacation to god knows where). Maybe that has something to do with the adoption mystery. Is it possible she’s his stepmom and he doesn’t know that. His biological mom died young so harsh remarried and maybe Neil was from manjaris first marriage. If that is the case than abhis situation would mimic Akshara’s blind devotion to Sirat in a way

Manjiri is a devoted mother there is no doubt about that. I think she did her best to nuture him. But there is no way a child would have emotional stability in an abusive home.

I think Abhimanyu is Harsh's child and not Manjiri and he knows that. Manjiri and Harsh don't know that he knows. That is why he has this attachment with Manjiri where he is willing to do anything for her. Kids are very intuitive that way. This explains both his hate for Harsh and love for Manjiri.
