1. The actress isn't expressive most of abhira emotions we see it in their eyes and talk about it. Here their is no such thing.

2. Their is only her kaand score board that I can genuinely write about her nothing else.

3. Finally this girl aarohi can till this day can shout and scream at akshu all she wants but she is completely dependent on akshu for her survival be it as a villian or as a little sister who depends on her elder sister. This girl doesn't have a particular individuality to talk about other than her doctor degree.

People tend to report different symptoms....

As Akshu has repeated attacks hers seems to be more of a panic disorder...

The shortness of breath that she experiences is actually a symptom; there can be palpitations also, trembling or shaking and sweating.

What helps depends on different people - meditation, music, exercise.

DISCLAIMER: This a VERY vague explanation and anyone experiencing any sort of anxiety should speak to their physician for a proper diagnosis.

P. S. Akshu will be married to a doctor so he can refer her to a counsellor because this isn't his speciality.

Abhi and Arohi are dependent on Akshu no doubt. Arohi shut Akshu away long time and I'd in patchup mode just because she sacrificed Abhi. What if Akshu shuts Arohi on her own . Then she will feel the breathless condition. That's where she changes herself. Till then she will do all types of nakras.

It's akshu who can make this girl like that. Be it hatred or survival or her needs aarohi had always dependent upon akshu only. All of a sudden even if she went she will feel what akshu felt all these years for sure.
