Why did akshu get discharged

Why why why???????????? I think both aarohi and abhi have forgotten that akshu has just got discharged and she needs to be in bed rest, aaru madam takes her to airport because she fears akshu will speak the truth and abhi wants her to come to sunset point ....

please remember she is injured and brainless goenkas are letting do aaru what ever she wants

I think too that they rushed this hospital track too fast. I mean she had a life threatining accident but after two days the sent her home like it was a small accident. There could have been so much Abhira romance but he didnt even meet her. It was so sad. But maybe they have troubles shooting because of Covid.
