If he wanted to be McSteamy he would have gone that way already though before he met Akshu.....I think the writers tried to aim for McDreamy but I don't think ITV can handle Derek Shepherd even if they get such a gorgeous being to portray the ITV version.

The fact that I believe that these writers even watch Greys is hilarious to me because an interventional cardiologist (which is what is outside Abhi's door) is not an ENT surgeon. So I don't even know why I am comparing Birla Hospital to Grey sloane memorial hospital.
