Obviously there lack of care during her accident (by care I mean going ahead with Aarohi's wedding)

She is still the same precious angel and didn't care much that there's a stark difference between their behavior on her accident and that minor cut on Aarohi's wrist, but it still sting.

The final straw is her realising Aarohi don't love Abhi.

She was sacrificing thinking one day they would ok but now she realized they won't.

She accepted long ago there's no hope for her being happy but she was counting on Abhi being happy one day, now she realized this would never happen Abhimanyu could never love a person like Aarohi.(whether he could even love anyone else is a question for different topic)

Akshu had always been brave, she just never considered to stand up for herself.

Even now it's not just for her happiness but Abhimanyu and even Aarohi's.

Lastly the biggest reason her love for Abhi, which is growing with every passing day and it's becoming unbearable for her.
