I work in Philadelphia downtown. Before Covid, when I was pregnant, I feared taking a walk in the lunch time. Every nook and corner, homeless people. Lying there on mattresses, with big headphones and munching on chips. They look you up and down with such menacing eyes and it’s very scary. One or two times this happened and after that I never went alone.

Generalizing would be wrong but lot of these people just become lazy coz govt aids money keeps coming.
