chap 13-Pure love

It was couple months, things were same except that annoying kukur (dog ) Ved. Yes you heard that right, his new name.

He is too chipku for Imlie's liking. She tries to avoid him as much she could. In evenings, she would look at the trip photos on her phone,

she missed him. She missed him alot, she knows she was in trouble when she realized her love was too deep. She didn't even feel this when she got married to

Aditya-babusaheb. She feels different with Aru. He was her friend first but he couldn't even maintain the friendship.

She was being mean he had said sorry so many times that too from a man who is rigid, unexpressive, well guarded human.

She had changes him when they used to meet, he had started to express more , talk more but now she has pushed him back to that old Cold Aru.

She found out from Aahana one evening when they had met for coffee. She told him how Aryan stays angry all the time, aggressive for no reason, quieter-infact

he had stopped talking to Anya-which made Imlie happy from inside. After relecting over almost a year of the incident, she decided its time to let go.

She had been too stubborn but she wasn't wrong enough people had hurt her in life. The perfect chance came when Aryan texted, "Throwing birthday party for Raja please come if you can" with a smily emoji

She replied with "K". She was ready to forgive but not this easy...she will take her tiny revenge. Even though she did not want to she will take Ved to the party just to tick Aryan off.

Or to confirm he was actually jealous that in the cafe.

The day of the party, Imlie wore beautiful netted sari with halter blouse, pair of earrings, and ring and simple touch of makeup.

She did not want to ride with Ved so she told him to meet downstairs at Aryan's apartment. Rich people place, when she arrived at the address she got from Ahana.

She didnt message Aryan for it. It was about sixty floor building. "Gala akad javat, lambi building"she huffed.

Ved arrived few minutes later, they were late ofcourse on purpose. She linked her hands with Ved and off they went.

Aryan was happy when she saw Imlie had accepted the invitation but he was annoyed to see her with Ved.

He went to her about to hug her when she stopped him with her hands "ye kya jungli bartaav hai tumhara, jab dekho bhag ke gala laga deto ho some people will think we are

couple'" she taunted. He looked hurt, he frowned.

"I hardly hug anybody else, you the only person i do this too" he replied with hard tone.

"Exactly , what will people think Aru."

When she said Aru, Aryan knew that she had forgiven him , he know his Imlie that much. Today, he was not going to let anyone come between them. Today he will finally express what she means to him.

He was quiet rest of the party , his eyes were only on Imlie and ofcourse that idiot Ved with her.

Suddenly he saw that Ved was inappropriately touching her, which pissed him and he just barged and punched him on the nose.

"Aru!! Jungli hogaye ho tum" Imlie yelled at him. She was picking Ved up who was trying to hold his nose.

"I did right"he was angry at Imlie

"I can handle myself , i was going to slap him myself. Jab dekho saandh giri"

"Huh what you called me" shocked at her accusation

"Shut up, I have to take him back since i was the one invited him"

"No you are not going with him, I will send someone" he was still aggressive in his tone.

"Oh no mr. Let me take him bus aur ek aur shabd nai" ordered Imlie

"Why should i listen to you everytime. You always bossing me around" Looking at her as if he was going to murder her.

"Because" is all she said and started to move towards the door.

"Aur haan i will be back" she added which changed Aryan's mood. Fine, he thought to himself, he will wait knowing Ved won't do any more

moves on her sure after that punch.

By the time she came, everybody had left and Aryan wanted just that. When she entered she looked around , her body language suddenly changed. They were alone.

"oh god" she muttered. Again this time he came and just hugged her taking advantage of the situation.

"you have no idea i am so happy Imi"

"IMI!! what in ridiculous world that came from"

"My heart"

"Hutto, yours hugs are killing no need for gun" She joked

"I dont care, its been months" not letting go of her.

After sometime she sighed and said "I forgive you" He broke the embrace, he eyes were twinkiling which didnt go unnoticed by Imlie.

"i am really sorry , i will do anything you tell me ok?"

"anything?" she asked evily

"Anything promise"

"Ok, will tell on time aur ha" he sushed her.

"Today only i will speak and you will hear. Bohut bol lia tumne bus . Hear me out otherwise aaj nai to kabhi nai hoga mujhse"

He went down on both of his knees like child in school who has been punished. He hold his ears and said sorry again.

"bus yar you are embarassing me" imlie said softly

"SShssh"he sushed her again

"In these couple months, infact before the trip i had realized my feelings for you.But i was in denial so much so during trip i avoided you on purpose .

And that was biggest mistake in my life Imlie. You went far from me, yes i was a jerk am sorry again for that but i fell in love with you.

My work is everything for me , i don't want weakness in my life thats another reason. I am out of town and country for long periods Imlie,

commitments i was sure i can't handle it. But you being in my life, i wanted to try. I wanted to give chance, but i was coward.

Before i say anything, just nod yes or no- can you handle the life that comes with me as ATS officer" Imlie has never seen this side of Aru. So vulnerable.

She nodded. "Marry me" he said in a whisper

Imlie went on her knees took his hand, "I want to be your strength, as long as i can handle you" She blurted all of sudden she was shy with the proximity.

She took pause,"yes" And she hugged him she didnt want him to see her blushing.

"let me see you"

"No"

"look who is chipku now"

"Whatever"

"Are chodo Imlie, meri izat ka lihaj karo"

"what the " She broke the embrace. Aryan looked at her with so much love. They got up hand in hand. Aryan wanted to kiss her, but seeing Imlie so nervous he put that notion aside.❤️

Uhhh so Ved & Anya are done 🧐 ?? I wish imlie did something chudail type to Anya… 🥸like Aryan got to punch Ved..

Boring chapter

Chap 14- Mundane

They had court marriage with few people as witnesses. They all then partied that day to celebrate their wedding.

Uncle was happiest , he blessed the couple infact Aryan and Dad had alone time where they decided to sort their differences.

Finally they headed to their home. Imlie was quiet in the car, "Cat got your tongue?" joked Aryan

"Yar chup raho na, am nervous."

"Why"

"You know because of .."

"Because"

"Because" repeated Imlie hinting about suhagraat. Finally Aryan understood.

"Ohh"He paused for few seconds "Look until you are not comfortable, we won't ok" he said with understanding tone.

She side hugged him. He picked her up when they reached their home and took her to bed. "Rest karo , i will go freshen up"he said softly.

It didn't take Imlie a minute to fall asleep and she was snoring when Aryan came out. He look at her lovingly.

"pagal, jute bhi nai nikale" He removed her shoes and adjusted her on bed so she can sleep peacfully.

Next morning, when Imlie woke up Aryan wasn't there . She found note though , "sorry work calling . Muah"

Messages are so short and apt, Imlie shook her head she packed her lunch bag and left for work.

Ved was acting all weird and creepy to Imlie. Imlie tried to stay away from him but since they were working on same article,

he would come over to discuss. He would come too close breathing down her neck, that freaked Imlie out. "Ved,we will talk later" trying to control the situation.

She cannot tell Aryan this because knowing him he would shoot him dead for sure or worse torture him.

This small incidents continue to happen with Imlie for rest of the week. Aryan was hardly home, they found locations on sleeper cells-all this Ahana had informed her on call.

She only called Aryan because she did not want to disturb him or bother him at any cost. Aryan loved that about her and he even mentioned to her one night when

he came home late. He just wanted to spend time with Imlie. He made her sit on his lap, caressing her cheeks,"i miss you alot, am sorry we just got married and we hardly spend anytime together."

"Hmm"Imlie had her face in crook of his neck. She just wanted to savor this moment.

"you know, you are not like others. You don't pester with me calls or texts" he was playing with her fingers.

He cupped her cheeks and gave a kiss on the lips. Imlie responded quickly as if she was waiting for this moment.

They were heavily breathing, once they broke apart. "I been talking today, you are so quiet?" he asked

"Just i miss you so much that i wanted to just listen today"And side hugged him.

"I want to take you out for atleast week, just me and you once this mission is over i promise i will take you."

"And you won't leave me behind this time"she joked but she wish she hadn't his face showed guilt and hurt.

"I am sorry i was just joking" pulling his cheeks.

"Ouch Imi!"

"wah mere gaal khichne se itna dard? Kaha ke officer hue tum phir?"

"Pagal ho tum..acha batao kaam kaisa hai and that Ved i hope he doesn't bother you" Worry in his tone.

"Work is fine...i do get bored in evening trying to find something to keep me occupy when you not here. And about Ved i can handle " She did slapping actions in air.

Aryan Raised his eyebrown knowing very well that Imlie can handle herself but he still he worried.

Rest of the night they spent in each other arms talking about random things.

Next Morning, Aryan had rather sad news-he has to leave for Jammu as soon as possible and he didnt know when he will be back.

Imlie sobbed, Aryan didn't want to but scolded her "Jab se bola hai you been crying you are making it hard making me feel guilty."

"Ab rou bhi nai kya?!" she was mad . She anyways was alone 98 percent of time, she is not upset he has to go she is just feeling the loneliness since their wedding.

She knew this is how their life is and she accepts it but she can express her emotiones atleast.

"Am just expressing Aru. I will miss you i don't want you to feel any guilt" annoyed that he would think such about her.

She never complained and she never will because she was proud of him and what he does for this country.

"Then ye drama kyu kar rahi ho, rona band karo i hate when you cry"trying to wipe her tears.

"Nai rokungi rona, meri marzi roungi hato"she pushed his hands away that was trying to wipe her tears.

"Ziddi rehna bus tum, pehla jagda wo bhi when i am leaving god know when i am coming back. Or even not coming back ever" he added.

That ticked Imlie off, she slapped him and went out of bedroom.

She started packing some snacks and lunch dinner for his travel.

"I am sorry" he came from behind and hugged her. His chin on her shoulder.

"I don't want to leave with a fight. I wanted our first fight to be more fun" He kissed her cheeks.

Imlie turned around kissed him and said sorry too. He left.

Next two weeks nothing extraordinary happend, but one evening following week, Ved had followed all the way to her home.

Imlie was freaked out, she decided to confront him-she went upto his car "What is your problem Ved?I been noticing your behavior. Don't mess with me i wll beat you to pulp" she threatned having enough of his crap.

He got out and hovered over her,"I love you don't you get it? I always take care of you, always find ways to be near you"Inditmading her.

"What? Pagal ho kya? I always stayed away from you. Secondly you are just my co worker thats it. I just helped you and nothing more. Go away from here before i do something,"

He took hold of her hand, "Kya karogi?"

"Chodo, your hands are hurting me" he didn't let go so Imlie kicked him where sun doesn't shine.

"I will go to police i am warning you." She hurried to her gate looking for the watchman.

"watchman" she shouted , when he came she told him to keep an eye for this guy and make sure he does not enter the premises.

Ved had gone beyond on his obsession, he will take revenge how dare she reject him. He didn't care if she was married, she was his.

Let just say guys, i am not happy with this chapter forgive me for the most boring chapter you would have read in your life.🤣

Their relationship is so good that she slaps him when he said what if i don't come forever... Hayee this imlie took my heart n this slap was much needed and waiting for aryan to kill ved by his gun...

Who said you this all thing... I swear i love it so much bcoz this was something new n the part where imlie left all her friends n even aryan after that incident took my heart i was feeling her pain n love what imlie did... Plse dont say that it was not good chapter you won't imagine from morning i checked 15 times but there was no further updates of this topic everytime i come n feel bad that you haven't post further parts n you are saying you don't like it.. Feel bad yaar... We are all loving your topics n most imp you post so frequently that we don't have to wait more n i like that so much... Plse don't think that again amazing writer you are....

chap 16- Attack.

Imlie had warned Ved and he had respected that warning or so she thought. Ved had gone beyond revenge, he had lost sense to think properly.

He kept distance on purpose, he has to wait before he executes his plan.

Imlie met Ahana and Pihu for the promised weekly party they had decided long back. It finally came into play.

Pihu was sweet person just like Ahana. They gossiped about movies, actors and random conversations. Ahana broke news that

she was pregnant so they celebration became more special. They started to plan a baby shower for Ahana-they each decided to distribute responsibilies.

Imlie was designated shopping of decorations her area of expertise , she gleed happily.

Aryan called that night, Imlie shared the news of Ahana and told him about their plans. He was glad Imlie had finally settled well in the marital life.

"Aur.."he asked softly. "Aur i want just eat you up i miss you that much" she replied knowing this reply will shock Aryan.

"Whaa..wow..you little jungli billi wait till i get back" he kissed her through the phone.

"I wanted to tell you something by the way" she decided to tell him about Ved and how she took care of it.

He waited for her to continue "Ved kuch zyada weird hone laga tha and i think he stalked me. One day he came to our building and told me he loved me.

I kicked him there and threatened him to police."She said scared of Aryan's reaction. Aryan didn't say anything for few seconds, "And you are telling me this now"

controlling anger in his voice. "Yes because i took care of it. You dont have to worry about it. And please dont get mad i would have still hid it if i wanted but that chapter is now closed.

I can take care of myself Aru i told you."

"Yes but still...Chodo..I want you to be careful i never liked that man.I am going to tell Dad to fire him as well."

"Aru!! Don't be ridiculous!" she yelled at him

"I don't care."he snapped back at her

"See this is why i did not want to tell you, you don't think when you are angry. Professionally there has to be valid reason to fire, work wise he is doing what he is suppose to."Imlie stated angrily.

He became silent. "Suno, i took care of everything ok? I will go to police if he repeats i promise."She blew him a kiss through phone.

"I love you and i miss you come soon. And one more thing i am ready"hinted Imlie distracting him from Ved's topic.

Sighing he said, "i love you too baby and i miss you , want to sleep on your lap."

"Come soon" with that they hung up the phone. Imlie knew he was not the phone person still he has became more expressive ever since he is been with her.

Month later, Ved incident was long forgotten Imlie had gone shopping for Ahana baby shower. She bought bunch of beautiful decorations with Jungle theme.

She went home and took pictures and sent it to Ahana waiting on her reply. Her tummy was hurting so she decided she will take stroll around her area and walk around the neighborhood.

She was lost in her thoughts, when a bike came around 10 feet away from stopped and threw something on her.

As reflex she protected herself with her hands shielding herself . Motorbike sped away.

Suddenly , she screamed in pain. Her hands, skin was melting. She fell on her knees- her face had streak of the substance that was thrown at her.

This time her soul screamed, it was unbearable a couple came running hearing the screams and helped her get up.

She had lost senses, she did not believe what had just happen . She felt she was burning alive, she did not know the extent of damage. She blacked out still screaming and withering with pain.

The couple rushed to her hospital and informed the police.
