so basically raichands had purchased land legally with all the paper work done and when a forest land is being sold forestry dept permision would also need to be there which they had. So they were actually in the clearing to do whatever they liked with their land and piya n company on the other hand did mot have any approval for the protests and they were on the private property grounds so abhay got her arrested for instigating crowd and trespassing 🤣
