I know that in ITV it is not place for realistic potrayal of hospital scenes unless it emphasis being a medical show.

I know social media fans don't give us whole picture of all the fans. But it give us perspective of so many people who can't differenate between actors and characters.

It's not all about teenage though I have seen adult shipping actors just because they looked good on screen and had more chemistry than their real partners.

But this type of shipping is quite common all over the world.

I have seen grown ass married woman lusting over not so hot tv male leads and writing fanfiction where they have SX opp the character 😂😂😂😂 so age isn't the factor. Yes sadly these type of trolling is common but it's problematic when fans don't acknowledge how it impacts the other person. They have signed up to be actor, not to take daily abuse from bunch of internet strangers.

For ghum atlst- I have been following on and off the drama off screen. The fans started having issues since the time Neil announced the engagement. They were like - the timing should have been different. It will impact the show. Maybe that's why he casted his fiance in the show. Like really his wedding will depend upon his on screen pair up? Then apparently his fiance/wife posts their photos on insta, yaar uski marzi. Fans can't ignore and will also drag them for their conduct. Can't have both ways.

In all these actors suffer it's sad.
