India all the way! The visitors would definitely be on the happier side at the end of this session. They have been exceptional with the ball. The bowlers have hit the right areas, and have grabbed the desired wickets. They clinched four wickets to put South Africa in trouble. Umesh Yadav struck early in the session and took the wicket of Rassie van der Dussen, who was looking uncomfortable at the crease. Shami followed up with two wickets in an over and put the hosts under pressure. Bumrah scalped his third wicket after knocking Marco Jansen just at the brink of Tea.

SA 1st innings -- 176/7

South Africa are 7 down! They surely did not expect that to happen. The hosts lost Rassie van der Dussen early, but Bavuma and Petersen steadied the ship and added 47 runs together to put them on top. But the hosts were all over the place in the final hour of the session. They lost two wickets in one over and were under pressure since then. However, Keegan Petersen is still standing tall at the crease and adding crucial runs on the board, but he has no support at the other end. The Proteas would hope that he could hit some lusty blows in the final session of the day to close the gap with India.

Mohammed Shami bowled a magical over to get two wickets in three balls as India forced South Africa to press the panic button going into tea at 176 for 7 on an interesting second day of the third and final Test. South Africa still need 48 runs to cross India's first innings score of 223 and a lot will depend on South Africa's find of the series Keegan Petersen who remained solid at one end despite three wickets tumbling at the other.

Now, with his wicket, India is trying to wrap up their 1st innings as quickly as possible.

The best part of the session was skipper Kohli's adjustment when he, at second slip, decided to stand a few steps ahead of the first slip after realising that the ball is not carrying in full.

Jasprit Bumrah continues to impress after the Tea break. Claims his fourth wicket as a set Keegan Petersen walks back for 72. Outside edge and Chateshwar Pujara takes a good catch at first slip. Pacers have now put India on top in this contest. South Africa is still 32 runs behind India in the first innings.
