All are waiting at the hospital. VD continues her viciousness, then doctor comes there and says that if they can't stop the drama they would have to leave. So Vinod takes VD away from Taps. Taps asks Jaya if she really is a bad omen, or if this accident happened coz of her. Jaya asks her if she has ever wished harm on him. Taps says never, she feels his pain. Jaya says those in love feel like that. Taps has flash back of their moments together.
In the theatre Purab mumbles Thapki's name and she hears him. The doc comes out and all gather around him. He asks who is Thapki, and Purab was calling her name. He further says sometimes a person's presence can will the patient to live and for Purab, she is that. He says Purab's condition is still critical and he would be under observation for 24 hours. He says only 2 of them can remain at the hospital and decides one of them is Taps. VD says she will stay too, Vinod tells her to go home, he will stay. VD goes saying that this time coz of the situation the doctor there had to operate, but she will be bringing best surgeons from abroad to treat Purab. Finally Hans and Taps remain.
Sargam reaches to the hospital, Taps consoles her and sends her off home. A long drawn SaPre scene. I saw Maami with a stick questioning Pre... Didn't watch it properly to write what actually happened.
Taps thinks back to their times together and asks the doctor permission to enter the observation room. While she is there Purab calls her name repeatedly. She assures him that she is with him. Suddenly he starts to get agitated as if in some discomfort, the monitors show the fluctuations and doctor rushes in.
When Taps goes out Hans question her as to what happened. The doctor comes out and tells them that an emergency surgery is needed to save Purab. Hans tells him that VD has arranged for Surgeons and not to do anything unless she is consulted. Doc says each second is precious. While Hans is calling VD, Taps tells doctor to make arrangements for the operation. Hans tells her she shouldn't do it, VD is against it. Taps says she is his wife and she has the right to decide. She signs the consent form.
VD rushes to the place and shouts at Taps that how could she give permission to these doctors to operate on Purab. She further asks who gave her the right to take decision on Purab's operation and raises her hand to slap Taps. Taps stops her hand and says Purab's wife, that is she, took the decision and it won't change.
Good to see Taps standing up for herself. Hope she doesn't get back to her idol worship once the situation is resolved. Seeing the way Taps was today, I don't think she will let separation happen. By the way Purab was calling out Tap's name Memory Loss should also be ruled out.
Unless MR asks that sacrifice... She listens to Tap's prayers to save her husband but causes glitches in Purab's memory after this operation, the doc did say blood clot (don't remember where though)

Relax all is well after an episode filled with ITV kind of melodrama
Taps tells a dumbstruck VD that it is not a fight between them but a life and death situation for Purab, she had to do this. She folds her hands. VD moves away without further words disappointing Hans.
Next day morn the nurse informs about the need for blood. VD volunteers. Jaya comes with breakfast, Taps silently denies taking it. Vinod and Dadi comes there too. Nurse says VD can't give blood coz of BP. Jaya volunteers. Dadi asks Taps to pray for Purab in the temple near by.
Melodrama... Purab in theatre, Taps climbing stairs on her knees, ignoring scorching sun ans bleeding knees. In between when she is about to fall she feels Purab stopping her with the promise that he will never let her fall. Taps reaches the sumit and demands DM her husbands life and threatens never to go from there until her demand is met. A sudden gust of wind makes the sindor from the offering tray rise and fall on Taps.
Hans makes an attempt to impress VD by standing before the idol in the hospital with folded hands. VD tells Jaya that if anything happened to her son, she will kill her daughter. Jaya tells her to think positive, nothing bad will happen
Doctor comes out with the news that Operation was successful. VD apologizes for her behavior the day before. They ask if they can meet him, the doctor says that Purab kept calling Tap's name.
Taps is informed by Jaya that Purab is out of danger. Taps reaches the hospital, leaving bloody foot prints along the corridor. Dadi says 'the Savitri of my home' came. She enters the room and hug Purab tightly. Dadi says they should leave the couple alone and walks away with the rest of the family.
#team scene, Sapna asks about the status of Pri's new year resolution and hints that ThaRab is getting closer. Pri says that she won't let them overtake her as she got married first.
Taps scolds Purab for driving rash, Purab makes a joke about it. Both say sorry.
Dadi thanks Jaya. Jaya says though Purab is her damad, to her he is no less than a son.
I think Aakash was not keeping well, going by his altered voice. For a moment there when he looked at Taps with curiosity when she entered the room, I thought he was going to ask those assembled, "who is she? " 😆Until he spoke, I was not sure.
I wonder how it was possible for Jaya to give blood, whose operation is scheduled, and was not keeping good health. Drama ke liye kuch bhi!
So it was a typical ITV melodrama episode with Devi Ma, the savitri drama and sindor.

Purab tells Taps she was right, he should have consulted her before taking action about her mom. Taps says he was right and his support made her mom confident enough to stand up for herself. They both say sorry. He says his sorry should be accepted coz he is sick. A movement irritates Tap's knee and she cries out. When Purab asks what happened she evades. He says he saw a strange dream that she was climbing stairs on her knees and he caught her when she was about to fall. Taps is kind of shocked but doesn't answer truthfully. Some teasing between them.
Jaya visits Purab and he says they are now bound by blood. He says sorry and thanks. Jaya makes light of it saying just now you said we are bound by blood and you are saying sorry and thanks. She tells him that shr is thinking of what happened in another hospital room one month back. He asks if it is now his time to demand a promise? Jaya says he has fulfilled his promise well. He had gone to their home on pag phere to leave Taps but he accepted her coz of the promise he made to her. Hans eavesdrop on the conversation and decides to use the info at the right time.
When they reach home VD is ready with Aarti thali to welcome Purab. But Dadi insists that both of them should stand together while taking Aarti Coz they supported each other and fought the battle together. From Dadi's words Purab gets to know that Taps had gone to the temple on her knees in prayer for his recovery. VD does the arti half heartedly. When Purab starts to move he stumbles and both Hans and Taps reach out to steady him. Purab teases Taps what kind of a wife is she that with her near him, he has to take his friend's help. He lifts his arm and Taps moves closer so that he could place it around her shoulder.
On reaching their room Taps gives strict instructions that he is not to move from the bed and she will see to his needs whenever he calls her. Do he tests that theory, teasing Taps again. He makes her sit beside him and asks her to move closer and closer still. Taps closes her eyes in anticipation of a kiss when he reaches over, but to take the medicine bag. Purab takes care of Tap's knees. When Tap's is left speechless he teases saying he is leaving his influence on her.
Dadi comes to their room and mentions that this year they will be celebrating Lohri. Taps is in deep thoughts while making soup for Purab. Dadi notices her lack of concentration. She tells she too felt like this when she was newly married. She tells Taps that she thinks Taps is in love.
Hans as usual over hears and eavesdrop on the talk. Then comes over to Taps when she is alone. She apologises for her behaviour in the hospital. Taps says to let it go. Hans then says she overheard her conversation with Dadi and feels Dadi is right. She further advises Taps that such things shouldn't be kept secret and she should tell Purab soon. Hans thinks that she should convince Taps to confess on Lohri and then she will light the fire.
Purab is out of his room and sitting in the swing when Hans comes there. She shows him the mass likes for her song. Purab says he is happy that people are liking her voice. She suggests that they should take advantage of this popularity and release another song. He says they will do that once he is well. Hans hugs him and Taps reaches there. Taps doesn't like it and is confused as to why she is feeling bad.
She scold Purab for roaming around and Purab teases her saying she reminds him of his hostel warden. Nok jhok between them and ThaRab leaves there with Taps supporting Purab with her arm around him and his arm around her shoulder hugging her close.

Liked this scene.. Where he openly makes his choice clear.
The antics, expressions and the nok jhoks felt too child like to me, but then at times such masti is okay too. Purab suddenly became too care free and playful. May be a break is needed after the heavy drama stuff that happened in their life , that too within a month post marriage. Too many stuff crammed within a span of a month according to me, and too fast for the development of the kind of trust Purab shows towards Taps.
Back to yesterday's episode.. 'The frantic, can't wait to be with you' desperation and the love realisation I thought he felt, seems to have disappeared from Purab to be replaced by this naughty college types lover who loves to irritate and tease to gain attention of his love interest. Taps too responds in a similar way, scolding him like he is a naughty boy. It almost makes me wonder if that imagining each other while getting dressed to meet is supposed to be forgotten by us Or was meant only to increase the anticipation before the accident.
Hans getting to know about the promise was expected, but her urging Taps to confess was not. I think she is so obsessed with self love that she is blind to the fact that the support and care Purab gives Taps is way beyond fulfilling a promise. So I guess she expect Purab to reject Tap's love. Yet now she can't be open about her interest in Purab, coz she antagonize her singing voice. Her own importance depends on it.
Taps seems to have totally forgotten Han's manipulations, so may be the creatives want us to move past demanding justice for that and the CD issue from Hans through Taps. They don't care that it makes Taps look dumb and naive. Okay, I can even accept not giving punishment, as Taps did not know the crimes committed, but at least let her not help Hans to achieve her goals by using her. How long is this unrealistic cheating going to go on? The first and second instances was possible coz of the tech support and distance, but for Taps to keep doing this is cheating Purab and Veena Records.
After giving that soul connect impression by Purab telling Taps about his dream of her climbing stairs it would be totally dumb if Purab doesn't realise he has more that protective instincts towards Taps. May be Han's plan will boomerang again, though I feel a separation track coming along.

The cute hallucination romance between petulant Taps and playful Purab.
The episode starts with the precap scene where Purab starts to move but is blocked by Taps. He says he has to go, seeing him adamant she says she will go with him. Then Purab says he is going to the wash room does she want to go with him.
While Purab is in the wash room Taps consults her mom on her changed behavior. Jaya tells her what to expect and Taps starts experiencing it. She starts seeing Purab everywhere she turns and in other people, runs into doors.
Purab watching the vid of Hans singing thinks they have to make use of this popularity. He goes to Taps and says he needs her to do something for him. He takes her to their room and asks Taps to make music out of the various utensils kept there. She does so and he is so happy that he hugs her and tells her she doesn't realise how talented dhe is.Then he tells her to go help Dadi. He had recorded her making music. Taking it he says "now it is your turn to shine".
Dadi asks for water and *Taps in dreamland* pours water on carpet while dadi is left holding the glass. Turning away from Dadi she bumps into Purab and he holds her from falling. She tells him you are not Purab. He teases if he is Sharukh Khan and she Priety Zinta without glasses. To clarify she asks him to pinch her, which he does.
Walking towards their room she decided to tell Purab about her changed feelings during Lohri. Hans listens to her self talk and says the time is apt to make her move.
ThaRab is getting ready in their room. Taps catches his reflection in the mirror and slips to dreamy mode. Purab comes over to adjust her bindi and she stands with her eyes closed. Purab teases that he was just adjusting the bindi position, why was she standing with eyes closed like hindi film heroines does while applying sindor. He teases if she was expecting something else. She says something went into her eyes and a nok jhok on it. He mentions that she is acting different.
Taps tells him to go down to the festive area, she will follow in 5 minutes. Once he goes she wonders how was she going to tell him....
Okay I skipped writing on the open adultery romance between SaPre, where Pri almost catches them.
It was a really cute episode today. Sometimes I wonder if Purab is deliberately acting ignorant and teasing her. He has that happily amused expression at times.
I think Purab is thinking of making Taps a part of Veena Records Kalakaar. Just hope Hans does not know about it or else she might manipulate the idea to make it look like he was doing it for her.
Looking forward to tomorrow, hoping for Han's damaka, whatever it is, to bomerang.

Got the link really late so did not watch the episode until today morning..
The episode begins with Tap's dilemma as to how to express her feelings and what Purab's reaction would be. She wonders what if he rejects. The 'omnipresent' Hans encourages her and tells he won't reject.
Dadi invites Jaya for Lohri, VD is displeased about that. The shameless Pri cajoles Jaya to take her along and at Singhania residence they meet Anshul who is invited by Sargam.
When Dadi asks Purab to light the fire, he goes to Taps and pulls her along. He tells her as she has shared his difficulties, she should share this too. It is a part of the marriage vows. He notices her the way she keeps stealing glances at him.
Jaya teases Taps that she has a unique glow on her face and she is happy for her. Purab asks them to tell him about the happiness too. Jaya tells Taps should tell him and leaves from there.
Purab notices her nervousness and takes her away from there to their room. He shows the video he uploaded of hers. She asks why he did it and Purab replies that he wanted people to be inspired by her talent and see how unique she is. She thanks him and he asks what was it that she wanted to tell him. She starts off, with the 'omni halfsi' keeping watch from afar, thinking she didn't want Taps to confess at that moment. They are interrupted by Sargam who teases them and tells them that all are waiting to start the dance.
ThaRab is asked to dance first and Taps get lost in a dream dance where she confesses that she has started having special feelings for him and he too says the same. The dream is broken. All start dancing around the fire, while Purab stays back clapping his hands. Hans notices him standing alone and takes the opportunity to drag him away from the crowd. Taps sees that he is missing and thinks she needs to tell him about her feelings.
It was a so so episode. I didn't mention the cringeworthy adulterous romance attempts.
I think Taps might overhear Hans telling Purab about her overhearing Jaya's and his talk at the hospital. She might manipulate words so that Taps might doubt the reasons for him supporting her at every point. Purab might tell her to mind her on business, but then as every eavesdropper, Taps might hear only the parts that makes her doubt him and become broken.
Until now at every point that the audience felt that ThaRab might separate, the creatives have kept them together. So it might happen now too, as both the characters have shown to not give up without fighting to stay together.
I hate that the writers make shocking revelations and leave the impact of it ignored save for the aspect that is to be used for their current track. Does the news of Mukul being Tap's father have no impact other than Jaya answering back Mami? Why is Hans staying with her just revealed half sister's sasural when she should be with her mom, lending her moral support. Even Dadi doesn't advise her to do that! Why is none bothered about the permanent attachment of a plaster?
The show is becoming the work of lazy writers with too many unresolved issues. 👎🏼

Mixed feelings... More towards sadness
The episode begins with Hans pulling Purab away from the dancing area. He questions her about it and she says she had heard his talk with Taps and about the video he posted of Taps. She says she also overheard his conversation with jaya. While Purab accepts that Jaya had asked that promise of him and hence he brought Taps with him, fought with her mother and supported her whenever she needed support, Taps overhears this. Purab tells Hans that neither he nor Jaya would like this be known to Taps. He asks Hans yo promise that She would not tell anything to Taps. Hans promises but thinks that Taps must know now. After hearing this Taps moves away broken.
Purab says that it is all in the past coz now he and Taps are good friends. He likes her. Hans thinks she understood that and wonders if Taps would think the same. Taps thinks of the past that when he married her, when he was going to leave her, then seeing him holding her mother's hand in hospital and finally his declaration that she is his wife (when VD questions about bringing her back)
She then thinks about their moment together. She says it was all coz of a promise his support, the video he made of hers was all coz of his promise to her mother. She says she is a burden to him, and that is the truth of their relationship.
When she walks to the a celebration area, Sargam asks her to dance with them. Taps joins them and then dances mindlessly to express her pain. VD frowns at this. Purab too is confused. Hans is happy. Finally she spins around him so many times that she feels faint. Purab holds her from falling and asks her what happened. Jaya tells Purab she will talk to her and takes her to a room.
She asks what happened and Taps says she knows about the promise she asked of Purab. Jaya says that being a mother, she did what she thought would ensure that her daughter didn't have the same fate as her. She says Purab is a good person and if Taps just talks to him everything will be alright. Taps refuses to do it, she says if she confessed now and he accepts she couldn't be sure if his feelings are genuine. Jaya placed the burden of a lifetime upon him and it was enough. She will not let him give anymore, as it is he has done a lot for them. She asks Jaya to promise that she will not say anything about this conversation to Purab.
Purab is waiting outside the room the whole while. First Hans had stopped him saying let Jaya aunty solve it, it should be something between them. Purab things of her dancing in front of him and thinks that he feels that it is more. Later Hans tries to distract him by showing him that Tap's video got huge number of likes and it is time to plan the next move.
Taps apologizes to Dadi for dancing so wildly. Two ladies from neighborhood praises Taps for the arrangements she made for Lohri. They say Purab must be unable to take his eyes of her and Sargam says her Bhai is looking for bhabhi. Dadi asks her to go to him and she walks towards him. At the last moments she goes to the drinks area and takes water. Purab notices this and asks her if she is avoiding him. He holds her hand when she id about to walk away and asks what did she talk with her mom. Taps asks how does it concern him. He says of course it is his concern and duty to know cos when wife talks to her mother it is to complain about husband. Taps smiles sadly and repeats 'duty'.
There was a scene between Sargam and Anshul where Sargam id having food and Anshul brings her desserts. Rohit calls and Anshul asks her to block him so that there is no reminder. Next time he calls, Sargam picks up and foul mouths him. Anshul then takes the phone and blocks the number. When Anshul moves away to bring ice cream Sargam looks at the phone and thinks she is confused, she wants to show her anger, yet...
There was another scene where Pri tries to strike up a friendship with Preethi. She wants Preethi to keep an eye on Sagar.
So over all an emotional episode. Purab's words that things have changed between ThaRab lacked intensity. He just said they are friends now and he likes Taps. Was the intensity lacking coz it was told to Hans or has his emotions not risen above 'liking? Or has he not realised it?
