Wow! That was unexpected. I always felt she was technically very sound but lacked a finesse.

Frankly I will be a big exception here - I don't like Anjali's singing much - and I absolutely dont like AR Rehman's music.😔

Every one have different likes and dislikes that's perfectly fine. But one thing all will agree in the history of Indian music directors ARR is only one who could win an Oscar/Grammy/BAFTA/Golden globe and academy awards for India. His achievements speak for itself in my opinion.

Iam not trying to convince you but as Indians we can be proud of him whether we like or not.

Rahman loves his classical singers. He has supported a lot of them. Javid Ali is a pretty good example. His choice of female singers is very predictable which makes things a lot less exciting for me.Anjali is his kind of singer. Arunita may also get a chance in future but she'll have to wait.
