Yes this is his best quality how he never underestimates people's potential and lets them fight their own battles.

Karan cause of his past will be over protective and this might be misinterpreted by monami.

Monu jaise nahi ho sakte his dreams, her were too sweet, cute, his will be intense or subtle yet interesting, taking their story forward types, like his earlier dream was, in that pink/peach mirror-work outfit of Monami

usse toh pata hai uske reasons kya the academy join karne ke liye..

I don't think they were such great friends, besides Monu was shy, introvert kind in college, so I doubt she would have shared her dreams with him

From Monu's pov, he was a senior, who was friends with her & who helped Monu in studies

From Aneesh's pov he liked Monu

I think its only Sid who is so close to Monu that he knows all her dreams, struggles, battles, likes, dislikes etc., because he is a family to her.

Aneesh might know what Monu liked, hated etc., or her life goal to become like her mother, but its all the surface level, he doesn’t know the nitty-gritty. Likes dislikes change with times, sirf kulfi aaj bhi pasand hai matlab thode na purana sab kuchh aaj bhi pasand hoga.

And Karan was just insecure when he said 'main Monami ke baare mein kuchh nahi janta, ye Aneesh sab janta hai'

Monami was so gentle, soft, understanding 'its okay, nahi bolna chahte toh mat bolo, ab main kabhi dubara tumhe pareshan nahi karungi'

That scene was so intense, but yet so subtle, soft, it was as if his subconscious is realising that Monu is leaving him, as if she is accepting that he isn't ready yet, 2 souls meeting for the last time before parting their ways.

Karan too was so emotional, gentle there.

Mineforever aka Ayesha pointed out to me that this is how Karan thinks of Monami, and since then I have not been able to get over that scene.

Bahar se kitna bhi tashan dikhaye Karan, deep down he knows that Monami is the most gentle, soft, caring, sweet, understanding soul, perfect for him.

Yes Maina woh scene pura ignore kar diya tha didn't really impress me until ayesha pointed out the subtle and soft monami and that karan who was emotional and who was trying to fight his feelings .

while Aneesh knows what She let him know as Friend ..

Sid can Write monami's biography while Aneesh can Write about Her choice in College life Unless someone inform him about her present life ..

Karan got to know monami step by step with time

1st as A cadet then As A doctor then slowly as A Person ,Sid & Dr. Mahajan helped him a Lot to know her background her ambition/aim/dream.

So if Aneesh Want to compete then He'll fall flat Infront of Sid

But with Karan it's Karan who might give/is giving him Chance to Stand for few min/sec

apart from fear of losing her ,his View about himself most Flawed /Someone who can't be love ,can give chance to Another person ..

tell him that Monami Accept him with His flaws & it's not necessary that history will Repeat itself ..

I don't know why feel that Karan's gulit/ fear of losing will lessen with A sequence where faizi or Monami will be in danger..

After Baby& Bhabhi I think Faizi & monami and then Sanju is important part of his life ,Sid is still his Cadet+Monami's BFF so less chance unless they bring this sequence later So by saving 1 of them might help him ..

I'm saying this Bcz there was finite Show in Starplus named Everest where 1 of Lead was suffering from vertigo , his guilt of not being able to save his BFF caused this Trauma/fear and He overcame this by saving his Love (Sorry for reference) ..

So If they want they can show something close to this otherwise I don't know how he'll overcome 🤷🏻‍♀️..
