And yes @LR, I think this sequence will come after PD. Kyunki, 1 day = 5 days in Imlieland with a lot of things happening. So, aisa ho sakta hai.

See, Aryan may not acknowledge it, but since the day he has laid eyes on Imlie, he has been hovering, maybe a begrudging respect for her response time in reaching Arpita first. Her antics earned her the moniker Jungli but her work, her courage, her zest for life has earned his respect. Her pain has earned his empathy. He did step back because of her association with Aditya, cause I feel he did not want her to be associated with him. Listen to his tone when he questions her after the front page article, tumhe unki itni fikar kyun hai. It was subtle yet strong. Since the day he has been getting to know about the history, he all the more wants her to cut Aditya out of her life. But Imlie is emotional to a fault, and that will not change. Aryan has to learn to live with it.

Like it or not, his feelings for Imlie have a slight but strong dark edge to it. His feelings will be too intense not in the fairytale kind of a way. When Imlie begins to acknowledge this man as her future, she has to adjust to his ways, cause he is not a softie lover and neither he is flippant. Neither he will run and when Imlie accepts him, he will not let her run. This is not a sappy sweet romance, this is edgy and mature romance going by how Aryan expresses his love.

This aligns with that tweet and Instagram post by Muskan Bajaj. Imlie can offer lakhs and lakhs of prayers but once she is in his heart there is no letting go. (I'm paraphrasing.)
