Yaar yeh khandani problem hai.
Kartik Goenka also had a bad habit of running out into the road without looking first. In fact the worst track of S2 (the VEDIKA track) happened because he went into the road without looking, was saved by a man who got hit by the truck instead and the dying man made him promise to look after his daughter. Instead of... I dunno... supporting her financially and being a friend, Kartik had her come live in his house and eventually married her😳

So being hit by trucks plays a big part in plot development by DKP🤣
