Might be that will happen later but she does care for akshu. That too now akshu is in death bed not some paper cut wala. Waise be didn't we all tell the function was going on fast mode so the makers had put a speed break in it. Either aarohi will be in self- guilt or her kaand increases. Abhi and akshu might cool down and analyse their situation after this near death experience.
