But but but, this is ghum world, where Sai is a mahaan Einstein level MBBS student. Raaz ki baat toh yeh hai ki she has already completed her 5yr course in the first year itself, woh toh formality ke liye college jaati hai taaki dusre students ko complex na ho jaaye.

Woh sirf naam ke liye 3rd year main hai, asal main she has completed her MBBS, MD, MS, MDS, MHMS, MAMS, etc etc. She can easily perform the critical surgery. Guys, stop making a big deal out of this.

I dont know man, she was felicitated matlab jaati hogi college ko. Annual fest bhi hua tha. Hamaare college main agar 70% ke kam attendance hota toh fest mein part nahi le sakte the, but this college is in ghum world.

I always get worked up thinking about how Sai manages to pass with flying colour, when the whole time she was busy handling ZA and kitchen politics The student in me gets frustrated🤢
