I know it's impossible but I am not Akshara, you know you only accept someone's flaws and their bad behaviors when you love them like Akshara does, that's why she's enduring abhi's bad behavior towards her which has been caused by herself obviously, but I think he really loves her cuz he didn't want her to be involved in that health minister ke beti ka case even when his respect, doctor license and career were at stake bcz he knew they will ask weird questions and might disrespect her make her feel uncomfortable. He was ready to lose it all but didn't want to involve his akhsu in this mess. the other thing which really melts my heart is the fact that Akshara tried to act mean and put a mask of someone she isn't, making him assume she doesn't care for him and left him on the day he was trying to save the kids from the fire like she was ready to save the kids she just met, risking her life but didn't even ask how abhi was doing when later he called her, leading him to further misunderstandings that he's nothing to her, as if his existence doesn't even matter if I was in his place I would have already stopped loving her the moment she kept quiet when abhi kept telling her to accept that she loves him when she actually does but she kept quiet till the end causing his image to deteriorate in front of the family. it wasn't her fault she had her reasons too but I would have just let go of my love at this moment but even after this moment he still once again took her to his house and family she rejected him once again in front of everyone yet he couldn't stop loving her. I love how he's so straight forward with his love for her and isn't hesitant and confused about anything, one yes from her and he'll do anything to spend the rest of his life with her.

Very well put all points how he crazily loves her. He could have waited for her yes but his mom messed it with Arohi. If he went for an outsider noone will accept him for the proposal he made as loveless marriage and abhira could have United easily for outsiders. His love for her is obsessive , posessive , selfish and very very clear crazily. Ak is bearing all his anger hurt pain because she knows his love. He needs to see her side of hidden love. hating on Abhimanyu or Akshu or Aarohi doesn’t mean we are hating on the actors playing them ! As far as I’m concerned, all three: HC, Pranali and Karishma are doing an amazing job but these characters are written in a weird way and it’s more fun to find humor in it all instead of popping a vein in your brain because if that happens, Dr. abhimanyu ain’t gonna save you. So chill chill chill and have fun
