Both of them are at fault ... Akshu never clarified anything and she's mistaken that giving Abhi to Aarohi will sort out all their differences.

Abhi is at fault because in his desperation and anger, he's taken a step that's hurting everyone. He's doing it for his Ma, but it's not fair to destroy everyone's life like this, including his own.

Akshara is equally responsible for all this. Abhi is not a toy to be handed over to her sister and presume that arohi will be happy.. All the three are at fault here. One nod from Akshara and abhi will move mountains to make her right beside him and shield her from anything. But when she prefers to be a mute spectator, Abhi doesnt have any other option other than to go forward for his ill mother's wishes. Abhi could never be able to love arohi and maybe turn into a numb robot nor arohi however confident she is right now, could change abhi and in the long run will be frustrated and unhappy and again accuse ak for all the consequences.. Ak will be tormented internally to see Abhi with somebody else and even after all the sacrifice when Arohi will still accuse, what will Ak do then??? I agree Abhi too took the decision in haste and anger and majorly due to his mom's pressure. But atleast he clarified himself before arohi..so both abhi and ak who are in sacrificial mode are equally at faults and for arohi i dont have any words.. she knows everything and still wants to go ahead with this.. so in future what all humiliation is on the way, she fully deserves it!!

I think the vintage ring comes into play here with Abhi either intentionally or unintentionally puts that ring on Akshara first.
