I think the truth will come out. Abhi will know everything. Akshara will also confess her love to him-this is a maybe.

But since the Goenka'a so against Birla they will refuse to give their daughter to Birla's Akshara or Aarohi. I mean can you blame them? Abhi is like I love Akshu- I want to marry Aarohi- I Love Akshu and marry her. I mean what ping pong is going on?

Then they will start looking for a rishta for Akshu somewhere else. Abhi on a mission to woo Akshara and Goenka's. Secret Romance in hospital and in the house.
