I had predicted something similar like this as well during when Virat had lifted Pakhi, and her reaction came out true. Maybe she would have given her benefit of doubt to him professionally, but at his personal equations in this matter, she surely would have supported him and maybe as he said, not friends, but she would be a lovely companion to Shruti.

I guess we get so much entangled with words with one perspective that we ignore the reality😆

See, how I see it is boundaries are being blurred, the way he is giving importance to Shruti, he shows similar concern for Sai...I can't feel the sense of detachment to say the least, especially for a person he doesn't even know, except for the fact that she is his friend's wife and full time pregnant with his child.

And he is crossing boundaries by keeping sai in dark. He says he can't tell Sai to protect her, can she really be protected when the naxalite is given her identity, or if Virat gets caught by police/ sada gang members, will it not affect sai...

I agree that Sai would help Shruti if she knew...but first she doesn't, second she is righteous, she would help but won't let him to betray his farz... The track is showing Virat in an extremely wrong light, on many levels. On top of that, they have such cringy dialogues.

I actually Partially agree with you here..Yes Sai may help him out if she had known..

But if Virat tells Sai may fall in trouble as well.. Because as someone mentioned his department will suspect her for helping Virat in such activities which are against the law.. She could be rusticated from college..

So his whole action is quite ridiculous to begin with.. He should have seeked help from his own department to help shruti given her condition..

Showing a police officer not knowing his department schemes of helping vulnerable women, even if they are criminals... Showing thr department too in a bad light 🤦
