The person who is singing in the garden is a patient in the hospital, a singer by profession who has got a tumour in his throat, this is probably the last time he will be singing, after which his larynx will be removed.

The moustached doctor is Ansari, he is reminded of his first love who left him.

The girl who enters the hospital crying at the end of video is Abhay's girlfriend, who was waiting for him at their anniversary date. Abhay forgot about the date because he was busy consoling Deepika. Deepika was heartbroken to see the singer patient's dreams getting shattered, coz she also had experienced how it feels when your only passion is snatched away from you.

This was only about what was in the video, the show plot is thodu sa complicated as of now.
