That is when both Abhi and Arohi will realise how much they actually love her and accept it.

Maybe story will take a turn for the best then!

I can even imagine Arohi seeing Akshara on the stretcher and screaming her name. Then asking someone to call for abhi! 😂

The accident should also happen right infront of Aarohi, because Aarohi tells her she wants Abhimanyu. Akhsu should get shocked to the core and walk on to the road or fall from the steps or something. Like I want Aarohi to go through the guilt she made Akshu go through. So finally the sisters can bond.

i want if akshara in danger abhi saves her nd confess his love nd that time akshu also say i love u with echo background effect ( i can imagine) then she went to icu or OT and abhi left outside waiting ( jarirui nhi hai he is doc toh he is always inside OT ,some cases can be deal by other surgeons) 😳so he with other family member of goenkas waiting outside OT then doc appears from OT nd say we r sorry she is in comma now then abhi scream and say some typical bollywood dialogue infront of patient akshu then after drama she open her eyes nd say i listen all u said...meanwhile whole family also see there confession nd all
