I was reading new quarantine rules in India, looks like Mumbai they need 7 days mandatory quarantine post arrival from any nation. Does that mean they will cancel Hyderabad concert on 18th?

Tickets are not being sold and the last post by the organizers was 3 weeks ago. So, does not look like it is on.

Ok. That means it's cancelled. Might never happen in future. But iam surprised sponsors took it so lightly even after two times cancellation.

A lot of this sort of stuff is happening worldwide. I think the sponsors/organizers take Covid into consideration and renegotiate new dates.
I remember that IL11's UK tour was cancelled 3 times and finally took place after almost 8-9 months.
