Or that whole scene to be a matter of fact. With a house full of doctors to look after her and she’s waiting for Abhi to call for her to take her medicine and also why have the kid pick up the call. It could have been shown that no one picked up or his phone was destroyed in the fire or kuch bhi… I think this will hold significance… or we’re all desperate and are looking for clues for Abhi everywhere😆

And that too before akshu breaks the wall. This scene could have been shown after she breaks the wall.

I feel either the kid has seen them or she has recorded it. And abhi's phone has her picture so she can easily say apki phone wali didi 😆
