(My bekhabar teen self used to call him Gaurav Sir back then too😆) Der aaye durust aaye! It's an intoxication watching him perform on screen as Anuj and an equally strong joyride witnessing his barminess off-screen! Such a wholesome personality❤️

Anuj’s character has been written to be the very antithesis of all that was vile in the previous (there may be an element of wishful thinking here 😆) male protagonist, so he was bound to be liked by the viewers.

But, it is you who breathed charm into him. You made the viewers love him and root for him unreservedly. You play him with a certain elan that makes for compelling viewing. A blend of authority and vulnerability that owns every scene effortlessly.
