It isn't anything like that. Not even remotely.
Loyalty ,in the context of a marriage , is one of those words that glaringly focuses on it's absence so it simply doesn't belong there no matter how nice the rest of the message is. Anyway I agree with you...Kareena's comment sounds worse.
