She had feelings for Abhimanyu during the trip...but she fell in love seeing his love for her during tilak when he declared he loves Akshara..after that when arohi was critical he said i'll take care of Arohi because she is Akshara's sister and during ruby fiasco when she was hiding she witnessed how much he loves her..

Yes i would say everytime she met him the feelings started growing deeper which includes even today as she is still in that process...I would say till the time akshara confesses her feelings for abhimanyu she will keep falling in love with him...She has to overcome arohi issue to embrace abhis love that day she will be completely in love with him...

Yes because her love for arohi is coupled with the guilt...so the feelings are stronger...

Whereas falling with Abhimanyu is still a process...

Yes she definitely loves him but not that unconditional love yet the day she is gonna get out of her guilt she is gonna love herself and love him unconditionally
