To be fair, selling your wedding pictures isn’t wrong, it’s super common for celebs to do it. If you can make a bunch of free money for that then by all means. Problem with DP is that she always does things out of her own insecurities and pettiness that something as common as selling her wedding pics would look like just another one of her obvious attention grabs and a desperation to remain on top. She’s literally doing that just now with this archiving stunt.

For Kat, who is notoriously private about her life and particularly her relationship with Vicky, it doesn’t come across as a cheap move for her. It comes off as her showcasing her obvious worth (people are paying to see HER with her husband) and her taking ownership of how her life gets viewed.

It’s about consistency and perceptions.

Fans will always see the positive side. I have seen interview of Kat especially the interview with SRK which shows that she is as insecure as DP if not more . Regarding Katrina is always secretive is something which happened post RK relationship, until then there were many PR article regarding her relationship status.

That being said,I agree that DP is not the most confident ,sati savithri kind of girl but she is not the only one in bollywood who is shady . She is attention seeking but tell me one star who despise attention.

I don't have an IG account ..that is why I was confused.....ki what is un-archiving...I know what archiving is😆.....I was like...that once you post a pic on SM it remains there unless you delete it or make ur account private....but IG has this cool feature..I had no idea...😆

You can do that on FB though. I am not sure about twitter - and Insta I just came to know, thanks to DP ranisa ! 😆

yes you can make your account private or form a private group in FB/twitter....but archiving term is not used there.

Sheeesh. This is what it's come to? I bet a lot of these celebrities are getting married for Instagram "likes"and "breaking the internet" photo ops that can boost their following.

You can selectively hide your posts/pics on the FB. I did that to my pics, when I got bored of FB and stopped using it. My account is still visible but people cannot see the pics and some of my personal posts. Yeah, the terminology is new though. lol

Agreed. Kat is super private. And I still remember how she was raked over the coals for her picture leak with Ranbir in Ibiza- literally everyone was saying how it's her fault. I do think she has been pretty dignified about her private life, through the ups and downs.

Really wishing her the best wedding day ever- the girl deserves some happiness!

Also, there is absolutely no question they are all attention seekers and dance at weddings for money. DP simply happens to be more successful at sucking up oxygen in the newsroom. That's it.

You’re deciding whether people see leaked and official pics and videos of your wedding OR getting paid a shit ton for all of that. It’s your own choice that you’re making on how people will see them, is that not ownership? I’m just trying to answer the question as to why DP would’ve gotten tons of hate for doing the above. If Kat is receiving hate for it outside this forum then you’ve proven me wrong. I just don’t think selling wedding pictures is an inherently cheap move.

No one is saying that no one else besides DP is an attention seeker (we know they all are inc Kat herself). You’re just trying to use whataboutism.
