Only sensible thing Virat is doing is to hide this info from Sai.

Otherwise it will make her an accomplice in all this if she does not further disclose this info to cops/ DIG.

But him hiding it from Sai fearing she will figure it all out is means he knows he is doing wrong thing.

His job was plain and simple finish mission n come back. Knowing that Sadaa wife/gang are also wanted for questioning if he is pulling these kind of stunts then it is utterly ridiculous and wrong.

He is offering protection to a fugitive, talking about creating fake identification, getting unnecessarily personally invested in a case. He is violating his superiors direct orders. DIG was clear that Sadas wife is wanted for questioning.

If the off chance that they twist it to say he was trying to gain confidence of the woman but was never intending to let her off- which is highly unlikely - because Virat simply isnt that "streetsmart" , even then its wrong. He cannot bend/break the law.He is bound by certain rules n code of conduct. His job is to ensure that criminals are arrested, due procedure is followed and that a proper investigation happens and that the accused have right to a lawyer, food/water, medical care and basic facilities and human rights. Nothing more. Nothing less.

My point exactly. They shouldn't even have touched this track. It makes absolutey zero sense whatsoever. Whatever happens later doesn't matter, Virat going ahead and meeting Shruti was an inexcusable thing.

But the makers never truly cared about anything , did they?

I have not watched the episode.. But seeing the comments don't feel like..

Here are my two cents...

The makers should be ashamed of themselves for making a joke out of such profession..

One he is cheating his wife.. Most importantly he has deceived the nation for his friendship..

Only brainless aunties can appreciate such things promoted on TV.. pardon me 🙏

All occupation demands different set of work ethics ..be it actor's, police, army and doctors... I remember my teacher was granted only a day off for her wedding because it was during our semester end. .so she had to adjust time with weekends...My friends Aunt being a doctor gets call in the middle of night..Neil's leave was planned hence that friendship track was stretched or it was brought to accommodate their absence 😕..though I feel sorry that it was must be very hard for him to adjust time between work and wedding preparations.. And after one day they had to return back to work..

Now coming to this crap writing again.. A doctor don't see a body while treating whether it's a criminal or not likewise a police should NOT have any personal attachment with any criminal regardless of what he/she is to him..

Well, telljng Sai about it all not only risks her life but also makes her an accomplice if she helps Virat or even keep quiet about it all after knowing the truth. See, this is the matter, the fact that Sai might be doing something wrong just by knowing it shows hkw wrong Virat is.

I have no freaking idea what the makers are thinking right now!!

Virat has already broken one very important rule. He should have told DIG Sir about his connection with Sada before accepting this mission. A doctor is never made to operate on someone they know. If they have any connection to the patient, they are bound to tell their fellow surgeons/ seniors, to prevent any chance emotional breakdown during the surgery, which would be fatal to the patient. The same went for Virat too. The moment he came to know about Sada being the criminal here, and he must have been told about it, he was bound to tell that to his senior and remove himself from the mission. He shouldn't even have went there let alone lead it.

If he is this guilty of killing someone who has most certainly killed several other innocents, then why did he take up such a mission in the first place? If he had broken down like this during the mission, then not only would he have risked fleeing of Sada but also the lives of other police officers.

The problem is not Virat being emotionally driven now, because it is understandable. Feeling guilty of killing your friend whose wife is pregnant is understandable, but what is not understandable nor is it excusable is overestimating one's control over their emotions when they are given the responsibility of the lives of so many.

Also, they can pretty easily show that this was Virat and DIG sir's plan, coz we never actually heard what they both were talking, and if they do show it, then the DIG's an idiot for making Virat do this.

As a wife, Sai deserves to know what Virat is upto. Even if he cant tell her everything he should keep her in the loop with broad strokes. It was utterly crass how the dialogue from Virat goes- mein har kisiko explanation dene ki zarurat nahi. Is Sai some random person in his life.

On the other hand, if Sai doesn't know anything then at least she is not accomplice to his criminal activities. Because if Sai stayed quiet knowing what Virat was doing, it'd butcher her too.

The fact that Virat sees the need to "hide" things, keep all this kaand a secret, make fake ID for shruti, lie about her being wife, sneaking around - it all makes it clear that he is 100% in the wrong. No matter what twist they take with this track, Virat is and will be wrong. Even in the off chance that this turns out to be some plan, Virat would still be wrong for bending laws to get things done.

Virat can take high moral ground as much as he likes... But eventually he is just wrong. Just wrong today. Unfortunate!

Dig is equally stupid. He actually knew their connection beforehand. Yet he sent Virat on this mission because he thought Virat could "sweet talk" Sada into surrendering. He chose an officer who had something personal at stake deliberately which makes zero sense. He even saw how emotional virat got after his death but he let virat be alone n accepted it without questions when he learnt that Virat had not come back..

But virat is more in the wrong than he has ever been- because right now he is violating his duty towards the society n nation at large and all for what? Because he has in the flow of his "emotions" given a promise to his former friend turned criminal whom he himself killed allegedly to uphold the law. And now hes bending the same laws. Abusing his position. DIG was very clear that Sadas wife n gang is wanted for questioning. So virat knew that Shruti is wanted. Moreover Sada himself has said she is his comrade and that its only during pregnancy that shes been away from this naxalite stuff. So knowing someone is potentially guilty n is wanted by police, he himself as an ACP is aiding her.

Utter crap. He deserves to get suspended for misdemeanor.

He already told about Sada to DIG that they were friends..He even told that they separated their ways during college day itself because Sada chose a wrong path to make things right..

I know doctors never made to operate their loved ones.. But my point was different A doctor don't see a body whether its a criminal or innocent while treating....And I also mentioned all profession demands different work ethics ....Virat violated all.. Period ..The DIG told him in clear words why he assigned Virat to catch Sada.. One they needed him alive to get all the information.. So being buddies he could make him understand that they he has chose the wrong path..

PS . My uncle was part of the team during my grand pa's treatment.. I remember about one incident that this tv news reader was announcing her husband's accident news who lost his life on the spot .She was elaborating all those things without a hesitation ..she didn't leave the news room but chose to continue.. KJ gave up his life because he didn't follow virat's order.. That man didn't even think about his daughter.. If Virat acts like an emotional fool then he should quit..
