I wanted to write a post dedicated to some of Sumbul's scenes this week that were so good.
1. when she is singing the antakshari before Fahmaan comes - when she says - K sae kya? Cute expression
2. When she says - best thing about her village is bcos her mother lives there and the cut to Aryan looking at her was done so so well. Also when she says the you are all looking sundar
3. the whole car scene was so cute...first when she refuses to get in, then the dialog to aryan to shut up and then the reaction when she got the hang of it...and the whole waah ji waah dialog and the long scream and taliyan - too cute
4. her bedroom scene. I love Kajol scene in Dilwale - Sumbul made this scene even more real and natural
5. I came back for water face - so pathetic she looked and the way she drank the water when Aryan gave it to her.
6. Dialog with Aryans mom when she says about she will try to remove the Akkad.
7. the trip and fall incident - when she says good morning to Aryan and says she wakes up early and finally no one told her where to sleep . the way aryan also turned his head immediately after in semi sympathy and something moved in him...scenes have gotten better and different from same T's sautan drama.
8. the hurt and fighting scenes with Adi in Aryans house - them together they are fire
9. whole conference scene with Adi
10. finally the divorce scene - Adi nailed it - and she supported him well.
Just last 3-4 days - when makers give screen space to the right people magic happens. I hope they continue this way and not lose it again. Imlie simply has the best dialogs - if only the storyline could be more continuous and sensible.
If they make Adi get his brain the Aryan Adi Tashan will be good to see.
I don't think Mayuri is a bad actress - her role is extremely poorly written and very one-dimensional. It will do her good to get a story outside Adilie.
