Like i said its not entirely Deepika. Nilanjana said in the last 5 mins about the other characters. Dr Abhay Sathe is a single mother child, Dr Sia Advani has a single father who is highly progressive, Dr Wasim Ansari is a wardboy who turns doctor, Dr Firdaus Murgiwala is a balanced romantic idealist and Dr Vikrant Saxena is a patriarchal man turning progressive after 10 years of his repentance.
