Women who have achieved financial independence just wants needs love and respect which is still hard for many men to give to women.

Vicky does look quite decent and sorted out guy.

Also marrying someone like Salman, RK, Hrithik looks fascinating but with them comes insecurity too.

Also many successful actresses marry in 30s because of medical reasons.

Why are people acting like Ranbir is akin to a young Brad Pitt or something? He's a mousy looking dude who wears a toupee and is firmly middle-aged now.

Katrina is irrelevant in RK's world now so why does she even need to be mentioned? Just to bash Alia? As if RK is a prize himself. Please.

Obviously. Her exes wasted a lot of her precious years. She knows her career as an actor will go far only to a limit as she is no longer looking the way she used to look in 2007 and her popularity depends more on her looks than acting chops.

Outside the industry she may have had more options if she wanted to marry someone from non film background. But it seems she was keen to marry someone from the industry. After losing lot of time with Salman and RK, she has only been left with Vicky.

Vicky is not her level in any way. But if he loves, respects her and is not abusive or taking her for granted or simply using and dumping her then what is wrong in marrying a nice guy like him? He seems fascinated by Katrina. That's anyday better for Katrina than men who used and threw her or felt they had made her what she is, or their families looked down upon her or cropped her out of pictures.

At any age, it is better to go with someone who genuinely likes you, cares for you, respects you and is ready to commit to you than those who just use and throw.

If I am not wrong, Kat was Ranbir's lucky charm during their dating days. She was more successful and at the top of her game, looks etc. Just bcuz he came from Kapoor family, it was alright then?

If Vicky Kat wedding rumors are true, it will be really interesting to see how their marriage pans out. Can't comment on what clicked between them and what won't work for them either!

But look at how well they turned out. Aishwarya looks so blissed out and happy being with a supportive husband like Abhishek, who is also tall, young(er) and first-hand. Doesn't cheat on her or cause unnecessary controversies.

Vicky is just that for Katrina, minus the family legacy. But then again, this legacy came at a cost for Ash with overbearing in-laws like Amitabh, Jaya and Shweta. May be Katrina doesn't have to deal with all that.

Who knows after seeing so much world around her thought Vicky is genuine person she came across in her life and felt he is the one and said yes...

Sometimes money is not everything.....marrying ranbir kapoor might sound great but the reality is different with overbearing MIL and unresponsive partner...Ranbir might have everything but he will never standup for her nor respect her the way she deserves

If settling for less means more happiness and less pressure then settling for less is any day better than abusive relationship....I'm happy she is marrying someone who truly likes her

And having a grand family like kapoor or bachan might sound great but putting up with orthodox family is not that easy...atleast Abhishek is supportive even if his family sucks but ranbir is not like Abhishek
