Ichche Nodee is a complex show where characters are evil. It is a dark story. Not mean for YRKKH crowd at all. However it does not mean that you spoil the entire remake

Rajan shahi shows aren't usually as negative as shows like ichche nodee, so maybe rajan has took only basic plot but tweaked it to be less negative.

I am a law student. Female always get advantage. What they say is always taken as right. But there are lot of fake cases against men as well...

As they should. The society we live in are way too biased and partial towards cis het men. The law is the only place women can have some hope. Even then law fails women to a large extent in getting them justice.

You yourself are saying women get advantage because of the law. Even then majority of the cases do not reach conviction. Why is that? That's where @MissBehave's points become valid.

The best example I can suggest here is the Tarun Tejpal case. There are way too many like it.

And the the most important question. What do women get from filing a false accusation? To be dragged into a messy case and your entire life history being dissected by the public is not fun but traumatizing, one of the reasons most women back out. And the few who shows courage to speak up have to go through a lot including fellow women who don't support them.

And what do accused cis-het men in powerful positions lose? Nothing. Did you all forget the #metoo movement and its after effects?

I don’t understand why they’re doing this. It doesn’t make sense at all to bring these type of stories 3 weeks in to a new show.

ITV take rape and all very lightly, that’s why it’s hard for us in the real life because people watch this and think oh girls just act to get their way but it’s not true many people actually get molested

All I can think of is, after she files a case, harsh will tell him to marry her and then maybe Akshara will come forward to help
